Don't say it unless you mean it (always you)

This one I'm sure a lot of people can apply some of it to themselves. Another one about family. Family is meant to stick together, isn't it?

Don’t pretend you know everything,

When you clearly don’t,

Don’t say you’re sorry,

Because I won’t believe it,

You never were,

You never are,

So why pretend?

I don’t care anymore,

Don’t pretend you care,

When it’s obvious you don’t,

So you say you’re sorry?

Like the time before?

Time before that?

Before that?

I could go on for ages,

You told her you’d try,

Try to make it easier,

But that was just another one of your lies,

Stop lying,

Tell the truth,

You don’t know much,

You’re not sorry,

You never listen,

You don’t care,

You never did,

You don’t tell the truth,

Do you see what I mean?

Obviously not,

Because if I even began to tell you,

You wouldn’t listen,

Just like always,

You wouldn’t give me a chance,

You don’t give me any,

When all I do is give you second chances when I don’t want to,

You don’t deserve it,

But she means so much to me,

That I kept trying,

Kept giving you chances,

That’s done and dusted now though,

You wasted them,

So you’re the one hurting her,

Not me.
