Bradley and I haven't spoken since Jack's funeral. It's surprising that we've been able to live under the same roof without giving each other as much as a glare.

I know Father will send someone for Bradley soon. Harry knows it too.

I honestly wish I could save him.

But what's done is done.

Right now, Harry was upstairs trying to get Bradley to stay in tonight. But Bradley being Bradley, isn't listening.

He already tried to fight Harry.

I am sitting on the couch, listening to them fight.

A part of me feels that Bradley will be okay. He will come home late at night, stumbling through the door smelling like the inside of a taxi cab.

"I'm not a child! I can handle myself!" Bradley yells, taking the stairs two at a time.

"Bradley, listen to me. Maybe it's time to stop. You're drinking yourself into a hole and someday you won't be able to get out." Harry tries to reason with him.

"And who are you to tell me what I should do?" Bradley turns to face Harry, his eyes going black.

Harry has been trying to control his anger, for my sake but I can tell he can't hold up anymore.

"I'm doing this for your own safety." Harry's jaw was set tight and his eyes were starting to darken.

"My own safety!" Bradley scoffs. "You're not my father."

In the blink of an eye, Harry lunges at Bradley, a deep growl comes from within Harry's throat.

I shriek when Bradley's head connects with the kitchen floor. Bradley looks just as shocked and scared as I do.

"What the?" Bradley's eyes widen and Harry's only grow darker.

"Not only are you hurting yourself, you're hurting your sister. Have you noticed she's dying inside cause she can't see her little brother anymore? And. It's. All. Your. Fault."

Bradley closes his eyes and squeezes them tight as small tears flow down his face.

Harry did it. He broke Bradley.

Bradley starts to shake underneath Harry. "I'm sorry. I'm so sorry."

I stand up from my seat on the couch and slowly walk over to the two boys.

"Bradley?" I choke out.

He looks up and me and starts crying even more.

Harry lets him up off the ground. As soon as they are away from each other, I run into Bradley. I wrap my arms around him and lock my fingers together.

He is shaking and panting but I couldn't care less. I start to cry as well and Bradley pulls me closer into him.

Now it's my turn to protect him.

**

During their little "argument", Harry cut his arm and Bradley had a small cut above his eye.

I was dabbing at the cut, trying to stop the bleeding but it wasn't working. The cut was deeper then I thought.

Harry sits on the other couch, holding a cloth to his arm, but there wasn't any blood on the cloth.

"Harry?"

His eyes widen, telling me to keep my mouth shut.

Bradley looks at Harry questionably, then looks at me.

"What's going on?" He asks.

"Nothing." Harry says, almost too quickly.

I sigh. "Please help him?"

Harry tightens his grip on the cloth, debating whether or not to help Bradley. Thus exposing his secret.

"Help me what?" Bradley was completely confused.

Harry stands up and removes the towel from his arm.

Bradley's eyes widen and his jaw drops. "How?" He whispers.

I take the cloth away from Bradley's head, allowing Harry to place his hand on Bradley's forehead.

Bradley looks as scared as I was. Finding out someone you knew was hiding something. That they weren't alive.

They weren't human.

Harry removes his hand, only for Bradley to replace it with his own.

"How did you do that!"

Harry and I exchanged looks. Should we tell him?

I nod to Harry. He sighs and puts his head down.

Harry doesn't want to risk his secret getting out. Too many people know already. We have to trust Bradley.

I take Harry's hand in mine and give it a reassuring squeeze.

"Harry is an angel and he's been keeping me safe. He's been there when no one else was."

Harry looks up and smiles at me. The first genuine smile I've seen in awhile.

"T-That's impossible." Bradley stutters. "Harry is no angel."

Surprisingly, Harry doesn't get upset at Bradley's comment. He only smiles.

"There is bad in everyone. It just takes the right people to bring out the good things."
