Shivaay woke up that morning to find his khumbakar wife Anni and daughter Aadhu missing. He searched for them in the living room, verandah, kitchen to find even his parents missing. He checked upstairs too but they were not there. He dialled Annikas, pinkys and shaktis numbers but none picked up the phone as well. He was irritated as hell.

He walked into the kitchen to have some water when he saw a sticky note stuck to the refrigerator. It read

"Shiv Me, Maa, papa and Aadhu are going on a day out. Do not search for us or call us. We are gonna have our bonding time. You and rudy can have your own bonding time. And haan cook for yourself. Bye"

"As if she cooks everyday" shivaay muttered under his breath irritated.

"Bhabhi!!!!, Bhabhi!!!!where are you?" Came rudra's loud shout.

"Here comes another bhabhi's chamcha" shivaay muttered boiling some water.

Rudra walked into the kitchen to see shivaay there, muttering to himself.

"Good morning bhaiyya" he smiled yawning.

"Good morning" shiv added

"Wheres bhabhi" rudra asked

Shivaay handed him over the sticky note, rudra read it and said "bhabhi is super mast naa" smiling. Shivaay glared at him in response.

Then both of them remained silent, none of them knew how to begin a conversation after yesterday's events. They both felt awkward and strange.

"What would you drink?" it was shivaay who spoke first

"As always my favourite drink you used to make bhaiyya, chocolate milk" rudra spoke smiling at him.

Shivaay nodded, smiled back and started preparing it.

"By the way Aadhu likes it too, your bhabhi had a lot of it during Aadhu's time" 

"Looks like angel is gone after me, haina bhaiyya? Isn't she cute like me?"

"Hmm" shivaay smiled, adding the chocolate powder into the milk and handing Rudra over the milk.

"Bhaiyya don't you drink espresso anymore?" Rudra asked curiously seeing, shivaay making milk tea.

"No" he smiled, "Youve got to adapt to situations, specially when your bhabhi and choti maa are together" 

"Waisae bhaiyya do you know one thing, I don't drink protein shake anymore, I only have espresso now. I missed you sooo much naa, so I thought I'd become like you, but I failed I could never forget you or become like you" Rudra said sobbing with tears rolling down his eyes. Shivaay was still looking at his tea cup, he couldn't look at Rudra anymore due to guilt.

"Why are you so angry at us bhaiyya, you left without telling me or Oo and do you know how terribly we missed you? We were broken literally bhaiyya, we didn't know what to do next. We were like children who became orphans within split seconds bhaiyya. And now when I finally met you, you refuse to even see me. What's my fault in all this bhaiyya" he cried covering his face with his hands,

Shivaay couldn't bear it anymore, he was broken to see his chirpy brother behave like this. He didn't know omru would be this lost without him, he had thought that bade papa would live happily with his omru and bhade maa after he left. At that moment he had thought that, that would've been the best for his brothers. He thought that they'd forget him with time and move on. But he was proved wrong. He understood that he'd been living in an illusion this long and whenever his wife had tried to make him understand it, he had ignored the matter. He had ignored it not because he was selfish but because he felt lifeless whenever he thought that something bad would've happened to his omru. They were his children after all. He couldn't bear to see his Rudra cry anymore. He went towards Rudra and hugged him tight.
