In  my 8 months as an official Wattpad Ambassador  I’ve been answering questions for other wattpad users, ( newbie mostly)  about how this wonderful site works. I’m listing those frequently asked questions, in hope that I can help you by answering your queries.

Ate naguguluhan po ako, paano po ba ako mag verify ng account ko?

-Most of the time, ito ang madalas na itinatanong sa akin. Hindi ka kasi puwedeng mag bigay ng mga comments sa isang story kapag hindi pa na ve-verify ang account mo. Here are the steps para ma-verify ang inyong accounts.

Steps to verify your account:

[Do this on your PC or Desktop computer]

1. Pagkatapos mong magsign-up sa Wattpad, magsesend ito ng email sayo.

2. Hindi ito sa Wattpad inbox. Sa mismong email na ginamit mo para magregister ng account. Ex: email@gmail.com

3. Sa mismong email address icheck. Hanapin mo lang. Minsan pwede din na napunta sa Spam folder.

4. May link dun for verification ng account.

5. Iclick lang ang link and done!

Paano po ba pag nadelete ko yung account/stories ko? Makukuha ko pa po ba yun?

Yes. You can still retrieve your deleted stories or accounts. You only need to send a ticket to the support team of Wattpad. Be specific as possible in sending your ticket so they can easily attend to your problem.   Your problem can be fixed as fast as 2-3 days or it may take as long as one week, so please be patient with it.

What if makalimutan ko po yung password ko? Naka sync lang po yung account ko sa FB.

Its okay, just like your deleted account and story you can still retrieve or reset your password. You only need your registered email address here in Wattpad. Then pinutin ninyo lang ang forgot password na button. Automatic na may maisesend na steps sa inyong email account para ma i-reset ang inyong password.

Ayaw po mag sync ng  Wattpad app ko sa account ko sa web, paano po ang gagawin?

If hindi nag sync ang wattpad app ninyo sa main account ninyo sa web, try ninyo muna mag log-out then clear ninyo yung cookies and then try logging in again. If this doesn’t work, then you should re-install the app. If this doesn’t still work, kailangan nyo na mag send ng ticket sa support team so that they can address your problem properly.

Wala po ba talagang status yung sa app?

-Yes, sa ngayon hindi talaga available ang status function sa app. Gumagana lang ang status sa Web.

Kung may mga katanungan at mga problema pa kayo na gusto ninyong maitanong at masagot maari kayong mag submit ng katanungan dito sa aming magazine. Maari din kayong mag report sa aming magazine tungkol sa mga ‘plagiarized’ works, bully at hate accounts. O maari kayong makipag ugnayan sa akin @athena_writes.
