After some big brain thinking time, I've decided to try making a FoolishGamers imagine. Until I have more info on how Foolish feels about fanfiction, this imagine and future Foolish imagines will be strictly platonic.

I leaned against the obsidian box and slid down onto the floor. The voices from the Egg were getting so intense and I had no energy left.

"Screw you, Bad," I muttered. "Screw you, Ponk. Screw the Egg." I realized I shouldn't have said that because a seering pain shot through my head. I cursed to myself and put my head in my hands. I had promised Sam that I'd find a way out of here, but I was so spent that I could barely move. I was so wrapped up in my pain and anger that I barely realized that someone had entered the Egg room, one voice hushed but prideful, the other voice hesitant but unafraid. I strained to look through the peephole in the box, and dread and happiness immediately filled up inside me. Ponk was there, enchanted golden sword in hand, and he was standing next to Foolish, who had a tight grip on his trident.

"Just give the Egg a chance, Foolish," Ponk was saying. Foolish looked at Ponk without an clear expression, but he walked towards the Egg. I struggled to get to my feet and banged my fists against the walls.

"Foolish!" I saw him stop and look around him. He had heard me, so I banged my fists harder.

"Foolish! Foolish, I'm here!" Foolish looked around again before turning back to Ponk.

"Who's in here, Ponk?" he asked in a serious tone. "Don't play dumb, I can hear someone." Ponk raised his sword, but Foolish stopped him with one hit of his trident. I kept banging against the box as he ran over.

"Foolish, I'm in here!" I shouted as he started chipping away at the box with his pickaxe.

"Y/N, I hear you," he answered. "Don't worry, you're gonna be fine." I tried to answer, but all of my remaining energy left my body and I collapsed.

"Y/N!" Foolish shouted. I heard him break another block of obsidian and he jumped down inside.

"Jesus," he muttered. "Y/N, what happened?"

"I thought I could do something," I whispered. "Guess I was stupid for that." Foolish smiled as I felt him pick me up.

"You're not stupid, Y/N," he replied. "Just headstrong. Now, let's get you out of here." I nodded weakly as he carried me out of the Egg room.

"Foolish!" Foolish whipped around and we both saw Ponk standing angrily in front of us.

"We're leaving, Ponk," I said, trying not to sound weak. "We don't want anything with the Egg." Foolish gripped his trident tightly as Ponk came closer to us.

"Don't get any closer," he said in an angry tone. And what he said next scared me.

"I will fucking destroy you."

With that, I felt myself lift out of the ground as Foolish took off into the air flying.

I sat on the stairs in front of the Anibus statue as Foolish talked with Sam. Earlier that day, Sam had found Hannah trapped in the Egg room just like I was, but she had been there longer and had been affected more. Still, it was clear the Egg had to be stopped now before anything else happened. I brought my knees closer to my chest, still shaken by everything.

"Hey." I looked up to see Foolish, who placed his goggles onto his head, his eyes still filled with worry.

"How are you doing?" he asked, sitting next to me.

"Still shaky, to be honest," I said softly. Foolish slung an arm over my shoulders and pulled me closer, gently squeezing me.

"I'm just lucky I found you there," he said. "You know, before it was too late. You're my best friend, Y/N, you know that right?" I wiped off tears that I didn't know fell and looked at him.

"Thanks, Foolish," I whispered. "For saving me, and for being my best friend." Foolish smiled and pulled me to my feet as we walked away from Anibus.

"Anytime, best friend."
