General Cius is the leader of the ground force component of the Palpadia Empire's invasion force into the kingdom of Altarus. Currently, the fleet carrying the land force is 50 km behind the main naval force. They started moving in different directions. The Main Naval Force will head straight for Le Brias while General Cius' fleet will head towards the troop's landing point, 20 km east of Le Brias.

Admiral Bordo is in command of the Altarus fleet that defends the kingdom of Altarus from the attacks of the Palpadia Empire. Under his leadership, there are 70 capital ships and 70 frigates. Captain Larus is the leader of the scout group and is currently conducting reconnaissance to find where the ships of the Altarus kingdom are. Each group consists of three wyvern lords, and 12 scout groups have been dispatched.
