Side story: 1

______________

(Baekhyun pov)

I quickly yanked my sheer blue curtains apart, letting in the golden rays of dazzling sunlight. I'm not sure why but, today I felt happier than usual. Maybe that's because as of recently, I've been getting better sleep than normal, although I'm not sure why. I turn to look at the blue jacket that was draped over my office chair, which sat just slightly turned away from the desk and computer. "Sehun..." the way his name fell out of my lips so easily made me feel a type of unusual way inside. Sehun hyung...has a weird sort of effect on me. He makes me feel hot, red and bothered whenever he stares at me. It's like I'm gonna burst at any moment and point. I feel safe yet somehow weak under his hot gaze and his touch...I shook my head quickly, stopping my mind from going wherever it wanted to go. "I need to give his jacket back to him." I breathed out staring at it for a while. Afterward, all I could do was groan to myself. "Gosh, even looking at his clothes makes me feel all red." I pouted although I couldn't help but smiled just a little at remembering the memories of how I came to get his jacket. Although the situation wasn't the best, I remember feeling his heat as he picked me up gently. His scent was heavenly, his back muscles were tight and sharp, I could feel his pecks right through his shirt as his heart beat calmly."Baekyun!" I yelled at myself. "Stop." I shook my head repeatedly. I walk out of my room, making my way downstairs to the kitchen. Jin hyung and Jimin were busy preparing breakfast for everyone. "Mind if I help?" I smiled.

"Hyung! Good morning." Jimin greeted with his normal sunshine self.

"Morning Baek, did you sleep well? Hm?" Jin said softly. He was already like a mom in some strange way however, after having the twins, he's become even more so of a parent. Not that I minded, it was sweet.

"Morning and I slept well,  probably the best I've slept in a while." I walked closer to both of them.

"Really?" Jin hyung smiled. "That's good. But don't be afraid to let me know if it gets difficult to sleep again."

"I know," I said smiling back. "So, anything I can do?"

"Of course. You can start by cutting up the kimchi into smaller pieces." Jin hyung pointed at a metal bowl filled with delicious red cabbage.

"Ooo, what are you making for breakfast?" I ask making my way over to the bowl, unwrapping it, and taking in its spicy smell.

"Kimichi fried rice, fried egg, strawberries, and coffee or orange juice."

"Sounds amazing," I said, before finding some gloves and a knife to get to work.

"It'll taste even better." Jimin giggled making Jin and me also laugh. Mornings like this have always been my personal favorite and now that Jimin's here, it all feels even more complete than before.

(Later)

Spring had just started a few weeks ago and yet there were already some fresh ready-to-pick strawberries just waiting to be harvested; it was a good thing that we had rows of healthy green strawberry bushes in the back garden of the pack house. Jin hyung and I were outside in the garden, taking in the sun and gorgeous weather, however, I was supposed to be helping him pick the delicious fruit, I couldn't help but sit down and eat some of the strawberries that were just picked. Although some were slightly sour or tangy, the majority of them were sweet and dripping with fresh juice. "Baekhyun, you're gonna eat out all the strawberries." Jin hyung laughed at me even though I had only eaten about 13 or so within the last hour.

"I can't help it. They're amazing." I giggled back. I look down and into the basket of strawberries, Jin hyung had just placed on the outside table. The fruit filled up the basket just about halfway.
