I decided to return home for the weekends - I have enough of Hazelford. I've managed to hate it in one week, isn't it "perfect"?

The things were completely packed. Stormy had enough food for two days - she is the only whom I will miss. The car was waiting for me near the dorm.

Home, sweet home.

As I stepped off the car and took in the familiar sights of Ravenwood, a wave of relief washed over me. It felt good to be back home for the weekend. The air was crisp and clean, lacking the musty scent of the dormitories. Birds chirped merrily, and the gentle rustling of leaves in the breeze provided a comforting background noise.

I walked down the streets, passing by the local shops and other places that I've known since I was little. I smiled to myself as I realized that I missed the cozy atmosphere of the town. The roads were quiet, without the constant buzz of cars and chatter of people.

As I approached my house, I couldn't help but feel a sense of belonging. The warm brick walls and wooden shutters greeted me, and I could already smell my grandma's cooking. It was comforting to know that I had a place where I belonged and was loved. Why hadn't I appreciated it earlier?

Even though I knew that the weekend would be over soon, I decided to enjoy every moment of it. After all, there was no place like home.

But there was one more reason to return to Ravenwood - Di Flores Manor. I have to visit it again... and investigate more carefully.

***

I walked down the dark road leading to Di Flores Manor, my heart beating fast with excitement and fear. This was the moment I had been waiting for - a chance to uncover the secrets hidden within the old mansion.

And that was there...

As I approached the front door, I noticed a faint glow emanating from a symbol etched into the wood. It was the same magical key that Mia had described in her diary.

Oh God, isn't it a dream? Is it for real? Well... That means not only Mia could see this. Should I be terrified? And why... why me? Why do I have the same abilities?

And that was me who found the diary - not anyone else, but me. Was it by accident? I don't think so. There must be some purpose in all this stuff.

My hands trembled as I reached out to touch the symbol, half-expecting it to disappear in a burst of smoke. But it remained solid under my fingertips, warm and pulsing with an otherworldly energy.

I got into the house the same way as the first time - climbing through the window. The air was musty and thick with the scent of old wood and dust, but there was also a faint floral aroma, as if someone had left a bouquet of flowers to wilt.
