"Welcome, Barbie girl!" Ken exclaimed excitedly as soon as Shehnaaz entered the man's studio and, as was their custom, pulled her into a tight hug.

"Hi Ken."

The rest of the gang's already looking through some of my best stuff. Come on in." Ken said eagerly, leading the last girl of the "pack" into the showroom.

Samyukta grinned at the slightly older girl, being the first one in the tbr room to see her and left the dress that she was examining in favor of meeting Shehnaaz. "Hairstyle change kar liya!"

Shehnaaz smiled. "2 appointments aur hai, Jodhpur jaane se pehle, hair treatments ke liye. They were saying that they'll ease my hair into the final stage, whatever that means."

"Cool. I'll come with you next time." Samyukta said cheerfully. Shehnaaz nodded.

"Chal ab tu continue kar, jo kar rahi thi." Shehnaaz said softly. "Mein baith ke dekhti hoon."

"Aap kyon dekhoge bhabhi? Select something for yourself, too." Priyashi exclaimed.

Shehnaaz smiled. "I've had thousands of shopping trips. Aaj tum log ka dinn hai, I'll just help you guys out. Whatever you need." She explained.

"But.."

"It's alright, Priyashi, she's right. Uske paas already zaroorat se zyaada samaan hai." Ridhi said nonchalantly.

Samyukta frowned. "Aapne kab dekha Ridhi Aunty?"

Ridhi shrugged, trying to brush it off. "She just said that, so I assumed."

"She's the bride, Ridhi aunty. She's yet to have countless trips like these. She was only being polite." Samyukta said, in a perfectly polite voice, but Ridhi heard the edge in it, even if she tried to brush it off as nothing.

Shehnaaz did, too, and glared at the younger girl.

"Red color lu, Maami ya loud ho jaayega?" She asked, directing Shehnaaz's attention towards the outfit in her hand. Shehnaaz examined the outfit thoughtfully and then clicked her tongue.

"Ken has a white and gold color variant in similar design. You'll look absolutely gorgeous in that one. I'll ask Neela to pick that one out for you. Keep that one away." Shehnaaz said softly.

Samyukta folded the outfit and placed it back on the table. Shehnaaz sat next to Samyukta and picked up a conversation with one of Ken's assistants while she helped the girls pick out various outfits for themselves.

"Maami, tumne lunch kia kay nahi kia?" Samyukta asked, having suddenly remembered that Shehnaaz had left home shortly after 11 in the morning.

"Aaya tha Siddharth ka phone, jab mein idhar aa rahi thi. I picked up some lunch around 3. Tez bhookh lag rahi thi yaar, aur udhar baithe-baithe bore bhi ho raha tha kitna." Shehnaaz said, pouting cutely.

Samyukta pulled her cheeks. "Mama ki lottery lag gayi hai." She announced proudly.

"I agree, Samyukta!" Ken exclaimed, entering the conversation with an armful of outfits.

"Yeh kya le aaya tu?" Shehnaaz asked, her eyes widened in surprise.

"Monday ke liye sarees. Pick a soft color, Mum's orders." Ken explained.

"Maa ne bola?" Shehnaaz repeated, in an attempt to gather confirmation.

Ken nodded. "Miss Devil, tu mere saath aa. I'll show you amazing footwear to go with your Sangeet outfit." He beckoned Samyukta.
