A/N

I gotta tell you guys, I have some seriously loyal readers. I love you guys. I'm sorry for my absence. The last few weeks had been quite busy. Enjoy. x

Jamie

Things had gone wrong.

Terribly wrong.

There it was, Harry's groin staring at me right in the face ready for action and here I was wimping out at the worst possible moment. This poor man. This poor, beautiful man.

I realized I had no idea what the heck I was doing kneeling in front of him.

"I...I'm sorry." I muttered standing back up.

"Sweets, it's alright." Harry said kindly as he swiftly pulled his pants back up.

No. I couldn't do this to him. Maybe this was a rebound. I knew I had serious feelings for Harry. I had to get a hold of myself. I just left Jake, this wasn't right. My stomach was in knots, all I wanted to do was cry some more and eat a pint of ice cream.

"This isn't fair to you." I said turning to him. He was still buckling his belt, calmly.

"I'm here for you, Jamie. You've got a lot of baggage and I'm strong enough to help you carry it if you'll let me. But you have to let me in. That doesn't mean blowing me. Just let me be here for you." He grabbed both of my hands and brought them to his lips.

I looked at him with sad eyes. What was I to do with this. This wonderful boy giving me everything I've ever wanted, staring at me right in the face. This boy millions of girls idolize and can only hope to have a fraction of what he's giving me. Oh how I wish I could show them that he is the man they think he is. The sweetheart persona is real. He cares about people. I only wish I could care for people the way he does. The way he talks, the way his voice moves through words like butter. He makes people listen because they want to.

I was quite possibly the luckiest girl in the world in this moment.

"Now, how about we order some food." He said placing my hands back down.

I nodded my head. Although these grilled cheese looked good at the time, the time had passed. And unfortunately I had no more ingredients for more. Not going to lie, a big greasy pizza sounded amazing.

"Can we get pizza? With a cookie pie?" I asked sweetly.

"Of course. Can't forget the cookie pie." He winked, and kissed my cheek.

I turned my head before he could pull away and let his lips touch mine. Just briefly we shared a sweet kiss. Enough to tell each other that this would be enough for now. Until we figure out what the heck is going on with me. When we pulled away, we smiled at each other.

He grabbed his phone out of his pocket. I told him what type of pizza I liked, too different from his so we'd have to order two, with breadsticks and a cookie pie. I smiled and settled back into my couch.

Harry

"Thank you so much." I said as I hung up my phone. The delivery would be in about 30 minutes.

I looked back to Jamie sprawled out on the couch. She had a PS4 controller in her hands and she was starting up the console. Not going to lie, I was disappointed things didn't go further. But hey, I'm only human right?

And god she looked hot in my shirt. With that controller in her hand. The way she was biting her lip as the opening for Black Ops II played on the screen.

Jesus, Harry. GET A HOLD OF YOURSELF MAN.

No no no.

I'd be fine. She was worth it. I sure as hell wanted to be with her, but only on her terms. I was prepared to wait. I wanted her to want it for the right reasons.
