Jake

I couldn't believe I was sitting on this plane right now for the man who basically stole my girlfriend. I know I did it to myself - I had anger issues. I spent most of my time answering to Sally now and also helping to take care of that darn cat.

I was still helping Jamie. I very rarely could say no to helping this girl, especially now that she was in this completely absurd situation that could have been avoided if I was less of a dick. She would have never met Harry Styles and we'd still be happy in our own world. I loved Jamie dearly and I feel as if I would love her forever, even if she didn't think about me anymore. I wanted her to be happy, but above all I wanted her to be safe.

That's the only reason I agreed to do this. Harry had a plan. I had to trust him even though I really didn't want to.

"It's all for Jamie." I said out loud. It was just me on this private jet. Me and a wait staff and of course the pilot. I'd really wished I had less to worry about being in this classy plane. I thought about the life I could have given Jamie and the one she has a chance to have now.

I hope it was worth it.

Jamie

Luke had told me Jake wasn't too far now, they had scheduled one of their vans to pick him up from the private airport. It still baffled me when I looked around, this giant house. I felt like I was living someone else's life, like this couldn't possibly be me. I couldn't possibly get myself into such a situation.

But here I am.

Sitting on a couch eating cold pizza while my kidnappers play Call of Duty waiting for my ex boyfriend to show up and keep me safe. I had only heard them mumbling about the plan that they had. Luke had calmed down considerably since the last time I'd seen him. I was guessing Chase was the one who kept him in line. I guess I was beginning to like Chase, the way he handled himself and Luke's anger. I found comfort when he was in the room and I strived for just an ounce of it in this house.

"Dude, you're never going to beat me." Luke told Chase.

"I could care less, I'm bored of this game anyways." Chase said, he set the controlled on the table.

Luke's phone began ringing.

I perked up and glanced over at him, he answered it quickly.

"Yes?" I heard him say.

I looked to Chase who was also staring at Luke.

"Is that Jake?" I asked Chase.

Chase shrugged his shoulders.

"Luke gets a lot of phone calls in a day, it could be just about anyone." He said and turned to sink back into the couch in a relaxed position.

"See you then." Luke said.

"Who was that?" I asked Luke.

Luke smirked.

"That was Harry. He just wanted to let us know Jake was landing. He'll be here soon." He told me. I nodded my head. I let out a breath and sunk in the couch, similar to how Chase was sitting.

"I wouldn't get too comfortable dearest Jamie." Luke said to me.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"Come on man." Chase said to Luke.

"We're going to have to put you back in the basement." Luke told me.

I looked at him, confused.

"Why the hell would I have to do that? I've followed all of your rules, your orders. I've kept to myself and I didn't try to leave." I told him.

"We have to let Harry know we mean business. We need Jake to see you distressed." Luke said.

He was moving closer to me, I was moving closer to Chase on the couch, hoping he'd be of some help.

"We can do this the easy way or the hard way, you really weren't a fan of the hard way before Jamie..." Luke said.

I panicked and jumped off of the couch.

"Chase, please?" Luke rolled his eyes and put a palm to his face.

"Jamie, come on. We just need you to sit down there." I moved quickly to the kitchen, trying to find a knife, fumbling over the drawers. The two guys were walking towards me slowly, this could be my chance.

I darted for the back door.

"Hey!" I heard Luke shout.

I could hear their feet now, they were running after me in this giant house. I was almost to the back door, I could only hope it was open.

When I finally reached it, Luke was just barely ready to grab me when I swung the door open. I was relieved to see it was not fenced it, I made a run for the next yard over. Luke was shouting my name loud enough that all of whoever their neighbors were in this secluded area would definitely hear.

I was never one for running, I enjoyed the occasional cardio at the gym - but this was nothing compared to that. I would run until my legs felt like they were going to fall off. From the sound of Luke's voice, I was faster than them. I just needed to find somewhere to lose them.

I would yell for help, but in this area there didn't seem to be anyone to jump to my rescue. Jake would be arriving at the house soon. My heart stopped almost immediately. What would they do to Jake if I wasn't there when he showed up?

"Oh my god..." I stopped. I couldn't let anything happen to Jake because of me.

He had done so many shitty things, but he didn't deserve this. He doesn't deserve this. I may have put myself in this situation, but I was not going to let anyone else get hurt.

"Luke! She stopped!" I heard Chase. I was kneeling on the ground now, out of breath.

"Thank god. You idiot girl." Luke snapped.

I thought they would do more to me once they reached me, but all they did was stand there shaking their heads as if I was a small child who had misbehaved.

"I am a person, you know." I looked up to Luke. His arms were crossed over his chest.

"You belong to Harry Styles." Luke said.

"I belong to no one." I told him.

"Well as of right now, that's what is holding you hostage dearest Jamie. If it wasn't for the great Harry Styles you wouldn't be lying on the ground right now after running away from a few guys who decided they wanted to make it big and kidnap you." Luke laughed and shook his head.

Chase held his hand out, I denied it and got up on my own.

"Let's go." I told them.

"What changed your mind?" Chase asked.

"I didn't want you to hurt Jake." I said quietly.

"We aren't here to hurt you." Chase responded lightly.

"I know you aren't, Chase." I put a hand on his shoulder, he covered his hand with mine. It was the first time I'd felt any warmth since I'd been taken out of that hotel room.

Who's loyal?

Oh yeah, YOU GUYS ARE.

I've been in a little bit of a rut lately. This story is still my love and always will be. I try to update it when I can and when I feel inspired to. I am working a few other projects which I have stated in the past. I am working towards publishing something in the near (hopefully) future. Work is also EXTREMELY frustrating and stressful right now. Hopefully after my mini vacation, I'll feel a little more recharged.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.
