Entry Twenty-Four:

My mum and Gem are so happy to see us!

Lou & I showed up around 2pm, and from then there were girly squeals of excitement (most of them from me) and countless hugs.

I do think Gemma was more happy to see Louis than her own brother. They're talking and playing some video game I don't the name of and Im half watching, half writing from the sofa behind them. It's nice seeing Louis so perky. I missed his cheeky side.

My mum is making lunch, we've talked a bit but mostly just "I miss you"s and "it's been so long"s. Her plan is that after she makes tea and sandwiches (which I am going to help with in a moment) then all of us will sit down and have a long due visit and chat.

Sounds pretty fine to me. :)
