Blue's POV
It's been several months since I last checked Captain's lobby in Among Us. To be honest, I've missed the people in that lobby quite a lot, especially one character in specific. Wanna guess who that is? Alright, it's Player. I never realized how much I like him until we separated for some time. However, I'm not sure if I'm ready to jump into another relationship as of now.
You see, my last relationship ended on a rough note. It was a toxic one, and it was with someone who I thought cared about me. He made me question my sanity and identity, and he manipulated everyone in our lobby by spreading lies about our relationship. Now I'm banned from that lobby because he turned the whole group against me, even though he's the one at fault.
He also used to get so mad whenever I talked to or about people he doesn't like. That's why I haven't been to Captain's lobby in such a long time, because he hates everyone in there. Every now and then, I would cry about it when I was alone because I genuinely like some of the people there. However, if I were to show any type of negative emotion in front of him, he would only make matters worse by invalidating my emotions.
And his name...Not Orange. Yeah, I guess we were better as friends than boyfriends. Maybe joining the other lobby will help me to forget about that bastard.
Player's POV
I join the lobby for another game of Among Us when someone unexpected shows up.
"Blue, it's been a while," I comment. "How've you been?"
"Fine," he replies, looking at the floor.
"Well, it's great to see you again," I tell him. "Is Not Orange gonna be here, too?"
"No, ummm...we're not seeing each other anymore."
"Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't know. Did something happen? It's fine if you don't want to tell me."
"No, I'll talk to you about it later when no one else is around."
I nod in sympathy, but then I notice his face going red when he looks at me.
"Ummm Blue, your face is red."
"It is? Dammit!"
"It's ok, it's ok. I guess you're probably nervous about talking to everyone here again because it's been so long."
"Yeah, it's totally not because I like you or anything."
"What?"
"Nothing!"
"Ok, ok, let's wait for Captain to start the game."
Blue's POV
So far, returning to the lobby's been ok. The first person to talk to me was Player for fuck's sake. I swear to God he's so cute. The way he gets flustered when he's put on the spot is absolutely adorable, and he has such a nice personality, too.
Wait, no, I can't have these feelings for anyone else! After what Not Orange did, I shouldn't think about anyone else because they'll probably hurt me like he did. At the same time though- no, I can't risk it! I guess I should just keep these feelings to myself for now.
