~Lucy's Point of View~

It was almost 12.a.m and the guild was still partying for my recruitment, I wonder how long they can go. I still don't have an apartment, but Sting and Rogue let me stay with them until I find my own place.

We decided to leave a bit early, because their house is a bit further away from the guild. I don't mind, but where will I sleep I don't want to seem like bother to them when its the first day of me joining.

"Sting, Rogue I don't want to seem like a burden but where will I sleep? If there isn't a extra bed then I can stay in a nearby inn, so you wont have to sleep on the couch or something." The two Dragon Slayers turned their heads to look at me while we kept walking.

"Lucy, you wont be a bother at all. Don't think of yourself that way. You'll never be a burden to us or Sabertooth." Rogue said reassuringly.

"Yeah Blondie, like Rogue said you'll never seem like a burden to us. If anything it will be more fun with you around." Sting said as he turned around walking backwards smiling at me. Rogue smiled and nodded in agreement.
"Thanks guys. That means a lot." I said smiling brightly at them. I looked up to the sky hoping to see stars, but only to be greeted by dark storm clouds.

"I hope we don't get caught in the rain." I said full of hope.

"Yeah, we wont. The house is right up here." Sting said speeding up towards the apartment that looked like mine but twice as big.

"Wow." I said in amazement.

"I guess I was wrong. Hurry up Lucy, Rogue. Its already drizzling." Both Rogue and I caught up to Sting already on the doorstep of the house unlocking the door.

I ran through the door to only be welcomed by floor. I could hear laughing which was Sting and a gasp of concern from Rogue. Of course I tripped. I pull myself up from the floor and sit on my legs holding my head.

"What did I trip on?" I looked around to see a mess of a house.

"Lucy, are you okay? Don't mind Stings poor cleaning." Rogue says extending his hand out for me to take to assist me up which I gladly take.

"Thanks Rogue, yeah i'm fine." I said to hear Sting finally calming his laughter.

"Oh Blondie that was a good one. Nice job tripping."

"Thanks I do try for your amusement." I said sarcastically.

"Frosch, Lector we're home!~" Sting sings into the empty house.

A red exceed comes down the stairs followed by a exceed in a frog costume holding a blanket in his tiny paws. Seems as if he just woke up.

"See I told you they would be back Frosch!" The red exceed said flying towards Sting.

"Frosch thinks so too." He said rubbing his eyes with his tiny paws. I noticed the exceed named Frosch took to large of a step which would make him tumble down the stairs. I dashed towards the stair case to catch the falling cat.

"Ahh-" I managed to catch Frosch before he could even touch the next few steps.

"Are you okay?" I asked cradling the small cat in my arms walking down the stair case. He simply nods and falls asleep in my arms.
"Thank the heavens you caught him. Thank you, Lucy." Rogue says as I hand him Frosch.

"No problem." I said as I smiled at him.

"I'm going to bed with Frosch. Ill see you guys in the morning." He said walking up the stairs.

"Goodnight Rogue." Sting and I say in unison.

I look at Sting and his exceed on his head. "So Lucy did join Sabertooth after all." Lector said.

"Of course she did. Who wouldn't want to be in the same guild as The Almighty Sting Ecliffe." He said flexing his muscles.

"More like The Idiotic Sting Ecliffe." I said smirking.

"Tch, just for that you can sleep on the couch Blondie." He said as he walked up the stairs.

"What?!? We can't leave Lucy to sleep on the couch! That's bad hospitality!" Lector said Tugging on Stings cheeks.

"But Lector she did it to herself for insults me." Sting whined.

"Then I'm staying with Lucy tonight." Lector said as he flew to me.

"No Lector, it's fine go to sleep with Sting I'll be fine." I say as a smile at Lector.

"But I don't want you to be alone down here. Its kinda scary at night." Lector says landing in my arms.

"If that's what you want, but you know the couch isn't as comfortable as my bed." Sting boasted until he went out of view.

"Let's get some pillows and blankets, since Sting couldn't offer any." Lector said I couldn't help but laugh. I followed Lector to the dark second floor hallway. Lector came to a stop in front of a closet door.

"Here take the blankets down stairs, and I'll get the pillows from the next closet." He said to me walking to the next closet further down the hall.

"Yes, sir." I say walking down stairs towards the couch. As I place the blankets on the couch a loud clash of thunder echos through the house. I scream but quickly cover my mouth hoping not to wake Rogue or Sting.

"You're scared of thunder?" Lector asks flying down from the second floor throwing the pillows on the couch.

"Yeah I always have been, since I was a child." I said laying down and hiding my face under the blanket.

"Its okay. I wont make fun of you because of it. We all have fears after all." Lector says as he crawls under the blanket with me.

"You're right. Good night Lector." I say as Lector snuggles up to me.

"Goodnight, Lucy." I then fall sleep into a light sleep.

~Stings Point of View~

I woke up to the sound of what sounded like Lucys scream, but it was short and muffled. I peek outside my room to see if anyone outside.

"You're scared of thunder?" Lector asks flying down to the first floor.

"Yeah I always have been, since I was a child." I heard Lucy say softly from under the covers. So she's scared of thunder. Thats adorable.

"Its okay. I wont make fun of you because of it. We all have fears after all." Lector says trying to cheer her up.

"Goodnight, Lector. Goodnight, Lucy." I went back to my room, but I couldn't sleep because the thunder was too loud.

Almost an hour passed until Lector came into my room.

"Sting, are you wake?" he said softly.

"Yes I am. Whats wrong Lector?" I said sitting up from my bed.

"You see Lucy is scared of thunder. She is mumbling and moving a lot in her sleep. I think she is having a nightmare." As soon as Lector said Nightmare I ran down stair to see Lucy moving in her sleep. I didn't like it when she was like this.

"Lector get the pillows and take them to my room." I said.

"Yeah." He replied. I did the first thing that came to mind. I picked Blondie up bridal style and carried her to my room. When we got there I placed Lucy on the bed. Lector came and placed the pillow under her head. I layed down next her still moving in her sleep.

I pulled Blondie close to me so she wouldn't move so much and it worked. She was breathing normally and she stopped moving. Lector laid next to Lucy's head. I felt relaxed when Lucy was in my arms. Sleep finally found its way to me.

"Goodnight, Lucy."
