"Someone is calling you." The women Ryan had brought over to his apartment said, "What?" Ryan asked, half awake when the women handed Ryan his pager seeing that they were paging him, "Shit. I need to go."
Ryan got out of bed quickly, looking at the women who tried to carry on sleeping in his bed, "That means you need to go." He said not turning around to look at the women, "Oh, come on. It's four am,"
Ryan shook his head, "Let's go, move." He said clapping his hands to the women to get her up which did, "God, why did I sleep with you again?" Ryan smirked when looking at the women, "Cause I'm a great lay and charming,"
The women who was married, looked at the surgeon who showed off his charming smirk, "No." Ryan's pager went off again as he looked at the women, "I need to go which means you do too."

"R Grey." Ryan turned his head when he entered the hallway in his scrubs, "Trauma two," Ryan nods his head, entering trauma two where the Grey male put on rubber gloves, getting an ultrasound machine, "Laura, I need to check on your baby, ok?"
The said women groaned, nodding her head as Ryan put the liquid onto her stomach, where Arizona Robbins then entered, "Laura Young, thirty weeks pregnant. Car accident, head CT showed a subdural." He admitted to the Peds surgeon, "Shepherd's coming in. Baby's in distress, OB's on it's way."
"It hurts! It really hurts!" Laura groaned.
"Hold on." Arizona's hand came near to Ryan's hand, "Move the wand up." Ryan did as said, "What?" He then said looking at the ultrasound machine, "Ok, baby's brain is haemorrhaging. She needs a crash-c while Shepherd handles the bleed."
Ryan stared at the Peds surgeon, "Get ready to grab a rail and start running," Ryan did as said, putting the rail up and moving out of the trauma room, "Whoa, whoa, whoa." Arizona said when seeing her girlfriend with a patient, "We need the OR."
"We need it too."
Arizona looked back at her girlfriend, "We're already on our way. There's only one OR prepped this time of night." Callie then added, "Which is why we need it." Arizona shook her head, "Mine's got a subdural."
"Fifty broken bones!" "Stroke in the womb!"
The couple argued to what Arizona then pushed the hospital bed faster where a door opened on Callie and Owen's side stopping them from going any further as the two Peds surgeon and resident ran further towards the OR.
"What's her status?"
"Mom's heart rate, and uh, BP has been fluctuating, but she's ready for you." Shepherd nods his head, "All right, let's prep her for a craniotomy."
Arizona looked at the resident, "Apgar's only four. We need to get to the NICU now." Ryan nods his head at Arizona's words looking back at the surgery.
