"How are you getting home?" Tim asks Mirana who checks her phone.
"Walking apparently because I haven't heard anything from Lucy," Mirana shrugs as she stuffs her clothes into the bag. "Which means I'm going to be late for work"
"You're going back today?" Tim asks.
"I've been cleared for physical duty unlike you," Mirana teases him, slinging her bag over her shoulder.
"We can get a cab," Tim says, sitting up as he types on his phone.
"You're not supposed to leave until tomorrow at the earliest," Mirana shakes her head.
"I can take care of myself,"
"Mm-hmm," Mirana nods disbelievingly as she types on her phone.
"Have you been told who your temporary T.O. is?"
"George Watson," Mirana says and Tim grimaces. "Is he bad?"
"He's known to think of himself as a ladies' man," Tim informs her. "So he will definitely make a move on you"
"Excelente," Mirana rolls her eyes. "Best advice to deal with him?"
"Keep your body cam on," Tim says. "If he crosses any lines, you tell someone"
"Great," Mirana sighs. "So just try not to be alone with him out of a camera's view?"
"It's crappy I know," Tim sighs. "But the only other T.O. is Smitty"
"Check out time Officer," The nurse says to Tim. "I just need you to sign these forms because, unlike Miss Cabrera, you're leaving against medical advice which is why-"
The nurse leaves the room, only to walk back in with a wheelchair causing Mirana to snicker at the look on Tim's face.
"Yeah, no. I'm walking out of here,"
"Hospital policy,"
"I don't care,"
"Tim, you have five seconds to get your ass in the wheelchair before I tie you to the damn thing," Mirana says, glaring at him.
Tim nods mutely, sitting down in the wheelchair and Mirana grins at him.
"See that wasn't so hard," Mirana raises her phone. "Say cheese!"
"I hate you," Tim grumbles as the nurse wheels him from the room.
"So, who's picking the pair of you up?"
"A cab,"
"Actually-" Mirana grins at him sheepishly.
Tim looks up to see Lopez and Bishop walking down the hallway towards them. Angela takes the two bags from Mirana before turning to face Tim.
"Is that all we are to you?"
"Hey," Tim says.
"You know, it's funny. He didn't tell us he was getting out. 'Cause he's a tough guy,"
