"Hello," I heard Mikey's voice from the doorway of my room as I immediately turned my head to it. "Oh, hey," I turned my body to face him, as he sat next to me on my bed. I haven't talked to him since early April, so I was obviously confused on why he was here instead of Gerard.

"Where's Gee?" I asked, sitting up. "He went to school? He said you didn't want him skipping another day so he sent me to hang out with you," Mikey replied, leaning the right side of his body against one of the the gray walls, looking over at me. I patted the empty space right next to me on my bed, gesturing for him to sit with me. He complied, keeping his hands in the pockets of his joggers as he walked over before plopped his body next to mine.
