"Sweetheart, matagal ka pa ba? Please hurry up. Baka hindi na natin maabutan ang musical play ng mga anak natin."

Napangiwi sa loob ng C.R. si Diadem. Sumasakit kasi ang tiyan niya. Badtrip tuloy siya. Kung kelan pa naman paalis na sila ni Vince para pumunta sa CCP kung saan gaganapin ang unang musical play ng kanilang triplets ay saka naman umalburoto ang kanyang tiyan.

"I'm almost done..." sagot niya as she struggled to get over her upset stomach.

"Are you okay? We can go to the hospital instead if you don't feel okay..."

Despite her condition, she couldn't help but smile. Vince had always been so understanding and loving to her for the last seven years of their marriage.

Not a day in her life that she regretted being married to him. He was wonderful and every inch the partner that she wanted to have. He took care of her that sometimes she would still wonder what she had done to deserve someone like him.

She had misjudged him. She didn't expect that beneath his striking looks lies a gentle and loving man.

He had been the best husband that she could ever wish for and the greatest father to their children. He looked intimidating but never controlling. He let her do the things that she wanted to do. In fact, he was always behind her, supporting her in her own endeavors. He also helped her managing GOC.

And she found out that she was wrong when she thought that she wouldn't marry for love. Because she did. And it was one of the best decisions she had ever done in her life.

Sabi nga nila, love conquers all and that love makes the world go round.

Despite the hardships and trials that she faced in her life, that she and Vince suffered in their lifetime, they made it through because of their love for each other.

And there was her mother's unconditional love. If not for Winona, she wouldn't be this happy now. She owed everything to her - her life and her happiness.

Seven years ago, due to grief and sorrow as a result of the evil things she had done out of bad judgement, she attempted to end her own life, but it wasn't her time yet. She had a near death experience that totally changed her life.

She couldn't help but reminisce what had happened during the fraction of a time when her heart stopped beating. It was a crossroad in her life that she wouldn't forget.

Diadem was blinded by the bright light that struck her eyes. Her surroundings was foggy and dark, but there was a very bright light in front of her that blinds her everytime she would take a look at it. She was about to follow the light when she felt someone grab her arm.

"Diadem..." the voice was soft and full of love.

She was glowing. "Winona?" gumaralgal ang boses niya.

"Diadem... anak..."

This was the woman whom she hurt physically and emotionally. She had even ran over her. But she couldn't see hatred on her face. She was smiling wide as if very happy to see her.

"Anak..."

She hugged the woman as tears spilled from her eyes. Mahigpit din siyang niyakap nito. "Mama..." her voice shuddered when she called her.
