—I scream to the
heavens thinking it
would follow my whimI beg—how low have I
sunken—thinking I would
get what I want by thatChange me
—make me perfect so
people would have no
choice but to love meI plead—how pathetic
should I be just to get
a scrap of what I think
is meant for me?
