The end draws near for the class' research projects on Poni Island. Lana's Popplio evolved into Brionne, as well as Kiawe obtaining a Flyinium Z after completing a Trial from Tapu Fini. At the beach, Cloud was training with Eevee and Poipole.
Cloud: Eevee, use Shadow Ball! Poipole, dodge!
Eevee: Vuvuvui!
Eevee fires a fast Shadow Ball, and Poipole manages to dodge.
Poipole: Poi? Poi, Poi!
Cloud: Alright! You're getting better at dodging!
Poipole: Poipole!
Meanwhile, Charizard was spacing out staring at the ocean, until Rillaboom walks up to him.
Rillaboom: (What's wrong? You seem out of it.)
Charizard: (It's nothing...)
Rillaboom: (Is this about your battle with Silvally?)
Charizard: (No. I was just... thinking about the old geezer.)
Rillaboom: ("Geezer"? You mean the Stoutland that used to look after Torracat?)
Charizard: (It's been several months since it happened. And I still haven't told Torracat where I buried him.)
Rillaboom: (Ever planning on telling him?)
Charizard: (I don't know. It's a really sensitive topic, and it's not like he's ever brought it up. How do I bring it up?)
Rillaboom: (Honestly, that's for you to figure out.)

Charizard: ....
Cloud: Charizard! Rillaboom! What are you doing all the way out there?
Charizard: Zard!

Currently, everyone was at the Pokémon center where they greeted by Hapu, who had saw Kiawe's new Z-Crystal.

Kiawe: Supersonic Skystrike! Yesterday, I surpassed myself!
Hapu: Does that mean you conquered Tapu Fini's Trial? I wish dearly that I may be accepted as Island Kahuna soon.
Cloud: Conquering a Trial from an Island Deity? That's no small feat? I remember when I took on Tapu Lele's Trial. You really did surpassed yourself.
Kiawe: It's all thanks to my grandfather.
