The dusk has fallen over the harbour and Wolverine sneaks out of his hideout. He sees a ferry by the sea and notices its destination is Shenzhen where Magpie is. So he glides silently into the water and swims to the ferry under the cover of darkness. Then he sees a rope attached to the outside of the bow (front part of a ferry) and takes a firm hold of the rope with his long, strong claws. The ferry starts moving and Wolverine stays unmoved holding the rope.
Thirty minutes later the ferry comes close to Shekou Port and it's time for Wolverine to abandon the ferry before it docks. He drops himself into the water, swims some distance and finds a suitable place to land undetected. It's getting really late so Wolverine finds a nice, quiet park nearby and stays overnight there. It's not suffocating at all because it's a winter night in Shenzhen, and the temperature is cool enough and Wolverine falls asleep with relative ease.
