Dragon's and Santa's negotiation has now come to a conclusion. All that they have talked about has been recorded. Both of them accept the contents of the recording. Dragon lets his team to listen to it. After listening he checks whether the two police officers understand the suggestion made by Santa. Then he asks the police officers to contact their police station and they in turn ask their chief to dispatch several police patrols to contact the injured parties, that is, the fishmonger and the ladies in the restaurant. No other parties have contacted the police, so Wolverine's visit to a park in Shekou, to Lixiang Park and to the skating rink in the mall have been ignored, to Santa's relief, in this negotiation.

The police officers tell the chief about the assignment given by Dragon, to which the chief responds by dispatching a few police patrols for contacting the injured parties. The patrols go to them and take notes of their angry comments and strict requirements. Busy police hands write a great deal of notes on their thick pads.
