The most crucial ingredient of Christmas food is definitely the oven-baked ham. The ham is now defrosting until its inside temperature is high enough to be put in the oven. Later today, in the afternoon, the kitchen elves will put the ham on a wire grid and spread some paste on it, to get a pastry crust during the baking, before putting it in an oven poach. In the oven the pastry crust will suck any excess salt from the meat to make the saltiness just right.

However, there are so many things to do in the kitchen before the ham finds its way into the oven. The power-saving elves have checked the Christmas cooking procedures, and given modernised and more sustainable recommendations on the order in which Christmas foods be prepared. Earlier the elves were not as well organised, did things helter skelter and the oven was hot idling at times. 

Now it is new times and new ways. Earlier this autumn the power-saving elves discussed the oven types with the kitchen elves and found the most suitable solution. That's why they bought a huge convection oven. However they need you to tell them what to make for Christmas and in what order. That's why do the following team challenge:
