"Wanna make a deal detective?"

"Depends, you're not the most generous so what?"

"How about this, I'll release a hostage if you get the police to stop surrounding the building"

"The police will stay but the swat vans will leave, deal?"

"Mmm deal"

"What made you do this?"

"Maybe the fact the you never specified whether or not the hostage had to be dead or alive"

"Wait what-"

"Goodbye, detective"

"Guys!" Jaehyun yells getting everyone's attention. "They're releasing a hostage," the emotions were somewhat mixed. Some cheered some were unamused some were genuinely interested as to where this was going.

"I will go to the scene along with Mark, but after I'm going to need you to tell all of the swat vans to leave" "wait what?!"

"That's the only way profesor will do what I ask!" The looks Jaehyun recieved weren't very friendly. He hadn't really told anyone about the conversations that he'd been having with professor. Not because he was annoyed by the suggestive comments of the other, though that was a factor, but because he wanted to do this on his own.

Which deep down he knew he could.

He knew he could outsmart professor.
