i rushed outside to my car.
when i made it to the hospital there was news reporters, paparazzi, and even some bystanders. i put on a hat, glasses, and a huge jacket trying so the attention wouldn't be on me.
"How can I help?"
"Hi, yes, I'm here to see Henson"
"That's Tara— aren't you Fantasia Barrino?"
"Yes, but can you not like...tell everybody. I really don't want them to know I'm here"
"O- of course yeah"
"Do you know what happened?"
"I don't, but you can speak to the nurse she's assigned to"

i went to sit in the waiting area.
ten minutes later....
"Hello Miss...?"
"Hey"
"How can I help you?"
"Taraji Henson, how is she doing?"

"Her...her wife"

"Henson just woke up from a grade one concussion thirty minutes ago. She doesn't remember everything that happened yet, but she'll come around eventually.
"Would it be okay if I stayed with her?"
"Yeah sure of course. Right this way" ......................................................... "Hi baby"

"Just like everyone else outside knows, the news. You okay?"
