Chapter 24

"Emily..." Rayne was crying obviously. I stood up from the table and signaled it was important then walked out the café

"What's wrong Rayne?"

"I just had to..I had to break up with him I can't just not see him it's too hard"

"I know I know calm down it will work out"

"I'm sorry I didn't know Niall blew up on you like that it's my fault"

"Hey look I'm fine so that doesn't matter now..why are you so upset?"

"Louis called me a few minutes ago telling me what happened and what Niall said"

"Look it isn't your fault..he was drunk and wasn't thinking straight we made up so everything's back to normal"

"Ok well that's good.." She was trying to calm down and I could tell

"So how's uni?"

"It's really great! I know mom would have loved to come and help me pack my dorm" She said with a little sadness in her voice

"I miss them too" A tear slipped from my eye

"How are you? How's the tour?"

"It's really fun Eleanor and I are becoming super close and it's so awesome to be with them"

"That's great! How's your school work?"

"Eh tough but they've threatened to kick me off the bus if I didn't turn my assignments in on time" I giggled

"Oh that's hilarious..are you being a bad student?"

"Nope I'm a good apple" I smiled even though she couldn't see

"Mhm not from what Lou's told me"

"Oh god"

"I heard you and Harry were doing it!"

"It's like the second time!"

"Badass"

"I know I really am but I hope we'll be together for a long time I mean we were talking about marriage this morning and kids"

"Dude I'm still a virgin and my little sister is already planning on getting married"

"Crazy right"

"Definitely oh and I'm visiting you guys over Thanksgiving break!"

"You have a break? Isn't uni like super strict about that?"

"Yeah but the year technically doesn't end till about mid summer so longer year more breaks"

"Oh that's great!"

"Yeah so we'll make it work"

"Well that's good..hey I gotta go but I'll call you later"

"Alrighty bye love you sis!"

"Love you too Rayne!"' I hung up then walked back into the café and it looks like everyone had gotten their food..wow I was gone a good 20 minutes

"Hey who was that?" Liam asked

"Oh just Rayne!" Niall looked down at his hands placed on his lap and Louis had a guilty look

"How is she?" Harry asked

"Great! She's visiting in November for Thanksgiving then I'm assuming for Christmas"

"Really?" Niall asked looking up hopeful like an adorable puppy who thinks he's getting food

"Mhmm" I smiled taking my place across from Harry who was creepily smiling at me with mischief shining in his green eyes. I locked our stare then realized that it was just hilarious so we both started laughing as everyone looked at us
