No matter those voices freaked me out, but I was actually happy because now I had a proof that could convince my parents that there's something wrong with this house.

I waited for mom to come back.
Hadley was already sitting in her room.
"Hadley, when did you come back?", I asked.
"Just a while ago", she said.
"But I'm sure I had locked the door, didn't I?", I asked.
"Yeah, but Aunt Sarah opened it for me.", she answered.

I tried to calm down myself. It's okay Lisa, you're gonna show mom this video today and then we'll leave this house, I said to myself.

I heard the doorbell ring. Mom was back.
I quickly went to open the door.
"Mom, I have to show you something."
"Lisa, I'm really tired. You can do that later, can't you?".

"Mom please. I have to prove the fact that this place is haunted.", I told mom.
The expression on her face changed and she agreed to come with me.
"Mom Please sit here and put on these earphones. I have made a video of this house and there are certain voices in the background, which weren't audible when I was shooting.", I said.

I pressed the play button and was clearly observing Mom's expressions.
It changed into that of a frown and she threw away the earphones, without even watching the whole video.

"Lisa. This isn't funny. Do you really think I cannot recognize Hadley's voice? For God's sake, stop acting so immature now." , saying this she left.

What? Hadley's voice? This isn't possible. I have listened to the video and that wasn't Hadley's voice.

I plugged in the earphones again and started the video.
It was Hadley's voice.
Everywhere. Each and every room.
How is this possible?

"Hadley, sweetie can you please come here", I asked.
She came in holding a teddy bear in her hand.
"Hadley, were you here when I was recording this video?", I asked.

"No. I was at our neighbour's place.", she said.
"But then I can hear your voice in this video", I said.

"Lisa. It's Katie. She doesn't want me to leave this place and she wouldn't let you do the same.
I wouldn't let you do the same."
There was something different in her voice.
Suddenly I saw Hadley walking outside my room.

Who is this in my room?
It was Katie.
