"Holy shitsticks, it's a Jack Kline!"

"Yes, yes I am," Jack replies with a smile. "You look familiar. Are you Lucifer Novak?"

He nods. "Yeah, that's me — and this is my smol child — literally; she's small and my child — Alex, if ya haven't heard."

Jack laughs. "I have heard, actually, and she's even cuter in person. I was hoping I would finally get to meet you today. Ever since your Grammy speech over the phone, I've been loving all your videos."

"Well, it looks like I'm just granting all your wishes today," Lucifer says with a grin. "I'm a genie. It's what I do."

"If you start singing 'Genie in a Bottle,' I am going to bury you alive," Gabriel tells him.

"Actually, I was not going to do that, but now that you've said that —"

Gabriel slaps a hand over his mouth. "Alright, crisis averted."

Lucifer tries to yell something, but Gabriel doesn't take his hand away, so Lucifer licks him. Gabriel immediately pulls his hand away, wiping it on his pants a few times.

"I can't believe you're my older brothers," Castiel says, rolling his eyes.

"You're a strange family," Jack observes.

"Thank you!" Lucifer and Gabriel say simultaneously.

"I don't think that was a compliment," Sam tells them.

Gabriel presses a finger to his lips. "Sh, it's a compliment if you believe it's one."

They're walking by Splash Mountain as they talk, and the multi-story drop comes with a boat full of screams that make Alex start to cry. Lucifer hugs her close, shushing her, but she doesn't shut up.

Jack cocks his head in confusion. "Why's she crying?"

"I don't know, 'cause she's a baby and babies do that?" Lucifer says with a shrug. "If you hang around her enough, you'll come to accept it."

"Can I hold her?" Kelly asks. Seeing Lucifer's hesitant look, she adds, "I'm a mom, remember? I've done this before."

Lucifer nods once and hands the baby over reluctantly.

Kelly holds Alex to her chest, bouncing on her toes a little. "Hello," she coos in the famous Baby Voice™️. "Hey, cutie, what's wrong? Huh? What's wrong?"

Alex quiets down a bit, just staring at her with that confused look she always wears. Lucifer's staring at her, too, but for him, it's with amazement.

"How did you do that?" Lucifer asks.

"I don't know," Kelly replies. "That was easier than I expected, actually."

"You know what we should do is get away from the rides that made her cry," Dean says. "You know, like any sane person would do."

"Wow, you're sassy today," Gabriel says, amused.

"I think just saying 'wow, you're sassy' would do," Lucifer says. "I'm pretty sure this is more than a one-day thing."

"Fair point, fair point."

They walk away from the rides, Kelly still holding Alex because she's a baby whiz and will save them all from the apocalyptic upset Alex — Lucifer's words — and chat as they do.

"Hey." Castiel nudges his fiancé and gestures to a middle-aged man's hat with his own head. "The Patriots are everywhere."

"Yeah, I've noticed a lot of Pats hats — no rhyme intended — around here," Dean replies.
