Damon: "Wait, so that's the plan? You're gonna take her back to school?" Stefan: "The "fun" route didn't exactly pay off, did it?" Damon: "We got a free meal out of it." Stefan: "You think I want to go to school and play chaperone? You're not a student. Besides, you've gotta look for Katherine. Elena needs this cure now more than ever." Caroline: "Not that anyone asked me, but I think taking her back to school is a great idea." she says walking in with a robe on and Jaylan beside her with a blood bag in her hands Damon: "Why are you here?" he asks as both brothers look at her in confusion Caroline: "Uh, blame it on your fancy water filters." Jaylan: "Your house is the only vervain-free showers in town." Damon: "Oh, yeah, the mayor put vervain in the water supply. So many people to kill." he says making Jaylan smack him in the chest a little Caroline: "Yeah, my mom says it's about to get worse. So she could use a little help." Damon: "Fine. I'll go after the psychotic doppelganger. Stefan, you're gonna go talk to the sheriff? Blondie, Bluejay, take her to school." he says looking at Caroline who smiles and Jaylan looks at him in confusion with the name as he tells her to just go with it Elena: "Sounds like fun" she says walking into the room without any clothes on making Damon turn his body to face Jaylan and the other two women look up at the ceiling while Stefan just stares at her "What? It's nothing you haven't seen before" she says putting a towel on "And as for the, uh, "going to school" idea, I got nothing better to do." Jaylan: "Yay." she says sarcastically as Stefan motions for Damon to use his sire bond on her Damon: "Elena, it would make me very happy if you went to school today and studied hard. You know, get involved in, whatever, activities, and please for me, no matter what, don't eat anyone. Okay?" he says as she nods her head at him
Caroline: "Hey, Tyler. It's me. Checking in. Things are just getting back to normal here, sort of. Elena's not quite there, but we're working on it"she says as her and Jaylan look over at where Elena is standing at a bulletin board "I know that you can't call me back but I keep thinking if I just leave these messages that when you do come home, it'll be like you never left. Or that's the hope. I better go. I love you, Tyler." Jaylan: "Still nothing?" Caroline: "Nope. What about you?" Jaylan: "Brielle stayed up calling him all night long. Today was their daddy daughter ditch day." Matt: "Hey. You seen Bonnie?" Caroline: "I called her last night. She's fine. She's just a little drained from, you know, everything." Matt: "Can't really blame her." Jaylan: "Yeah." Elena: "I have an idea. Can you get me my old spot back on the cheerleading squad?" she asks holding up a flier for a cheerleading competition Caroline: "I mean, technically, yeah, I'm captain. But I thought you hated cheerleading." Elena: "I did. Now I think it'd be fun to jump around and toss people in the air. It's not like the routines are that hard." Caroline: "I think that would make Damon really happy."
Jaylan: "The uniform still fits." she says coming over to where Elena is in her uniform with Caroline by her side and Elena does a little spin Caroline: "You look fantastic. We are totally gonna kick Grove Hill's ass." Elena: "Yeah. Should be fun." Caroline: "Wow the competitions bigger than last year. I'm gonna go stretch." Jaylan: "Where you going?" she asks when she sees Elena start to walk away Elena: "Forgot something in my locker. I'll be back."
