I followed Jake to the back room. He slammed the door behind us. I jumped back. I had never seem him that aggressive before.

"S-sorry." he sighed, shaking his head and rolling his eyes. "I.. I just hate when he does this."
"What happened to no groupies?" I asked, thinking back on the interview they had the other day. He plopped down on the bed and eventually looked back up at me.

"He.. he does this when he's hurt." he said quietly. "It's never bad. He just likes the attention. But.. there have never been this many on the bus before. I'm sorry."
"Why are you sorry?" I asked, crawling onto the bed next to him. I moved under his arm. A small smile spread across his lips as he pulled me closer.

"Because.. this is your home right now too." he shrugged. "I don't know. I just hate when he gets like this." I bit my lip, thinking back on what Josh and I had discussed before.
"Is this my fault?" I asked. Jake looked down at me.

Him and I never really discussed everything that happened with Josh the first few days.
"I mean..." he started. I nodded.
"He's doing this because of me. He's trying to upset me."
"Please don't let this bother you. We can stay back here. You don't have to deal with any of that tonight, okay? Here..." he got up, quickly going outside, and coming back with a bottle and two glasses.

"Josh can barely walk so we're obviously not going out tonight. So.." he handed me a glass. "We can bring the party to us." he giggled, pouring what looked like champagne into my glass.
"Oh, champagne, huh?" I asked. "So, what are we celebrating then?" He smirked, filling his glass.

"We're celebrating the fact that Josh and Sam drink like fish and this is the only thing they haven't spilt all over the floor of the bus." He giggled, holding up his glass. I smiled, tapping mine against his.
"That sounds great to me."

He took a big sip and placed his glass on the shelf behind the bed.
"This is delicious." I said, taking a sip, feeling the bubbles trickle all the way down.
"It is.." he said "It actually does seem like a waste to not be celebrating anything." He laughed.

I bit my lip, feeling my cheeks burn. I put my glass down next to his and moved closer to him. His cheeks turned a bright shade of pink. I gently pushed the hair out of his face as he stared back at me with those big, brown, beautiful eyes. I couldn't help but smile.

"We could celebrate something.." I said quietly. His smile grew as he moved his hand up, gently placing it on my neck, his thumb tracing my jaw up to my cheek.
"And what would that be?" He asked, his face now inches from mine. I moved in closer and nodded.

He tightened his grip, pulling me closer and gently kissed me on my lips.

I could feel him smile. He slowly backed away, leaning his forehead against mine. His smile grew even more. It was contagious. I moved closer, now sitting on his lap. He giggled, tangling his fingers into my hair, pulling me into another kiss. I moved my hands up his chest, grabbing onto his shirt, pulling him closer.

He backed away, now smiling up at me.
"Jess.." he sighed, gently running his fingers down my cheek again.
"Yeah?" I asked. He bit his lip, his face getting redder.
"I wanna be your b-"

Sam barged through the door, stumbling over his own feet, crashing down next to us onto the bed.
"Well what the hell is going on here!" He yelled, looking up at us. His eyes were bloodshot and his hair was a mess. I couldn't help but smile, shoving him away.
"Get out of here, Sam." I laughed.
"Oh my god, are you guys are together!" he yelled, struggling to sit up. "Are you guys finally together?"

Jake rolled his eyes, shoving him over again.
"Hey! Come on! No one's happier about this than me! Now I don't gotta hear about how much you guys want each other." Jake grabbed one of the pillows, tossing it at Sam. He surprisingly caught it, swinging back at Jake. And then I was caught in between the brother's pillow fight.

"What are you guys doing out there?" Jake asked, hitting him again. Sam rolled over onto his back, staring up at the ceiling. He looked around and reached for the bottle of champagne. Jake quickly grabbed it, moving it out of the way.
"That's for us." he said. Sam smiled, rolling his eyes. He turned to me.

"Jake has been talking about you for so long, and now you're together. That's so wild. I remember when he first saw you online, he bugged us for weeks to get you on this tour, management finally caved and-" Jake hit him again with the pillow.
"Will you shut up!" he snapped, his face turning bright red again. I smirked, staring up at him.

He's the one that wanted me here? This whole time.

This whole time I didn't want to be known because of him, but he was the whole reason why I was even given this opportunity to begin with. I felt like I should be upset... but I couldn't be. Any other guy wouldn't have missed an opportunity to veer credit to himself for someone else's success.

But Jake never did.

"Can you get out?" Jake laughed, shoving Sam again. Sam stumbled into the wall, laughing as he caught himself in the doorway. I peeked out to see one of the girls sitting on Josh's lap. He had another drink in his hand as he looked up at her, flashing her that same smile I saw on the first day. I quickly looked away.

"Well, enjoy your night, you two." Sam said. "Congratulations." He winked, and stumbled out the door, somehow managing to close it behind him. Jake shook his head smiling, and turned back to me. I reached out my hand to pull him closer. He giggled to himself as he crawled over to me. He leaned down, kissing me again. I reached up, gently holding his face in my hands, pulling him in closer. I felt his lips curl into a smile again.

"What.. what did you want to say before?" I asked. He sighed, rolling over next to me. He propped his head up onto his hand and stared back at me for a moment with a dazed look in his eye. I moved the hair out of his face and gently traced my fingers down his cheek again. The longer he silently stared the more my heart started to pound.

"I.. I wanna be your boyfriend." He finally blurted out. I felt my heart jump, but I couldn't help but smile. He stared up at me with wide eyes, patiently waiting. Reaching up, he ran his fingers through my hair, gently tangling them within.

"Okay.." I said, smiling back. "Y-yes."

He flashed me a huge toothy smile before pulling me into another kiss.
