William Sherlock Scott Holmes

For some context, so that this makes sense, Sherlock is trans and previously chose the name Kai but doesn't think that name suits him anymore. Before you comment, I know Sherlock isn't trans, it's just a headcannon. Also, Sherlock is a teenager here.

I have a headcannon that before Sherlock would sign letters/texts as SH, he would sign them as William (with very swirly handwriting) as he wanted to copy his older brother, Mycroft.
PS: Anyone know what Mrs Holmes' real name is? Because I've googled it and keep getting different answers.
