What about if you went to someone where you talked through your problems and trauma instead of being given techniques to stop you stressing? - MH

Maybe. I mean, I've got trauma that I've been through but I feel like I shouldn't need therapy and I'll just be wasting time and money on it because my trauma isn't that big or serious - GL

Gregory, most people who don't need therapy don't have any trauma whatsoever. Even if your trauma is not big or serious, you deserve to seak help (especially if it's still affecting you like it is now). Anyway, I'll be paying for your therapy and I don't care how much money I'll be "wasting" - MH
