                      The Next Day

Early in the morning, they went to Railay Beach to catch the sight of sunrise. The white sand turquoise blue water and the atmosphere all will make one feel like they found a slice of paradise. They explored the place for a long time. Then went to a nearby restaurant to have their lunch.

"Reeha!"

They were currently having their lunch.

"Are you possessed by a ghost that was hungry for several years?"
Ayyan asked Reeha who was eating more like stuffing almost everything in her mouth.

"Speak slowly. It's a secret."
Reeha said as if she's disclosing a secret. And then giggled.

Ayyan shook his head at her childish attitude.

After having their lunch, they went to visit Ayutthaya. It is an archaeological site that contains palaces, Buddhist temples, monasteries, and statues. 

While coming back, they went to Sukhothai Old City. It's a spot for history buffs and photography enthusiasts. Sukhothai means 'the dawn of happiness.' As it was evening, so the place was looking more enhancing.

They clicked a few selfies there.

"That spot is perfect. Let's take a picture there."
Reeha said pointing at a corner.

"Let me ask that couple to take our pictures."
Saying Reeha went to a couple. They must be in their mid-60s.

"Excuse me. Can you take a picture of us?"
Reeha asked the old woman.

"C̄hạn mị̀ k̄hêācı khuṇ."
(I don't understand you.)

The women replied in thai which Reeha didn't understand.

"Ṭhex h̄māy t̄hụng Khuṇ ch̀wy t̄h̀āyrūp reā dị̂ h̄ịm?"
(She meant can you take a picture of us?)

Ayyan repeated Reeha's question in thai.

"Xô næ̀nxn."
(Ooh. Sure.)
The women replied kindly.
"Æt̀ngngān h̄ım̀?"
(Newlyweds?)

"Chı̀."
(Yes.)

Ayyan stands beside Reeha.

"You can speak Thai?"
Reeha asked in wonder.

"Yup. Learned while writing an article about their culture."

"Wow!"

"Aren't I amazing?"
Ayyan asked smugly.

Without replying Reeha looked towards the camera.
