Your POV

"Jail? Ozan is in jail?" I asked myself, I couldn't believe Ozan was in jail, I wonder if he was scared, confused. I need to be with him. "What did he do?"

My dad ignored me as he began to slip on his coat.

"Dad?" I asked again, hoping he would hear me but he continue to ignore me. I looked at my mother who was still in utter shock. "Mom?"

She looked at my father and they locked eyes.

"Gabriel, Ozan needs Y/N. They need each other." She spoke.

"I wanna go with you. He's my brother." I said as my dad looked at me debating if I should go or not. "You said that I need to be there for him whenever he's in trouble and now he's in trouble."

"Fine, let's go." He responded and I quickly grabbed my coat and shoes, we left the house. I looked at my dad as he began to drive.

"Is it serious?" I asked. He let out a sigh and took a glance at me.

"He is accused of murder." My eyes widen and gasped, what did Ozan do? I need to talk to him and ask him what happened.

"Dad, can I talk to him first? He must be scared being by himself, he needs me he needs his other half." I said and he nodded. We reached the police station and walked inside, my dad talked to the officers while I waited then we were escorted to his prison cell.

"I'll wait for you out there, okay?" Dad said. I nodded and he kissed my forehead before leaving me alone with my brother. He was laying on the bed.

"Ozan," I said softly. He got up and made his way towards me and I grabbed his hands as his body shook, tears streaming down his face. "What happened?"

"I—I don't remember!" He exclaimed frantically, trying to remember what happened. "It was a blur, I vaguely remember being at the party then I had a few drinks, and the next thing I knew I was covered in someone's else blood."

"Don't worry, we will get you out of here. I'm not leaving you, we have each other's backs...you're my only brother, you are going to be okay." I said. He nodded as I wiped away his tears. "You have to remember what happened at that party?"

"I'll try but I'm scared...I don't want to be locked up here." He whimpered. I wanted to hug him and comfort him just like I did when we were little whenever he or I were upset.

"Don't be scared, dad will hire good lawyers to get you out. When you get free from here I will be the first one to hug you." He smiled a bit.

"I thought you would have yelled at me, telling me how stupid I was going to that party like you always do." I shooked my head.

"No, I may be angry at you for going to that party but I want to comfort you just like what we did when we were kids," I replied. He nodded. "Do you remember who was killed?"

"No, all I remember were gunshots, screaming, and blood." He replied running his hand through his hair. "I was there at the wrong moment."

"Dad is waiting outside. He wants to talk to you." He nodded and hung his head down then he raised his head.

"And mom?" He asked and I sighed.

"She's at home completely in shock but she knows that you are innocent," I said and he nodded.

"Tell mom that I'm gonna get out of here and I didn't kill anyone." He said. I nodded.

"I'm gonna go get dad and I'll visit you soon," I replied and he smiled, I walked away to get our dad. "You can go talk to him, I'll wait here."
