"Aye, tell me something, man. Do I even wanna know what a skyline is, dawg? Or where you've been the past couple of days. Or where the hell you got these rides from," Tej says, examining the purple car that Rome was driving.

"They're hot," Suki adds.

"Yeah, they hot. They're wired so hot that whoever is tracking these things will know every time you don't wear your seatbelt." Jimmy was obviously concerned or confused maybe both.

"Aight, Jimmy. Well just do what you can do, bro," Brian replies, shaking his left leg a bit.

"I gotchu," Jimmy needs to do something with his eyebrows. I mean he is a guy but still.

"Thank you," I say, smiling, trying to reassure that nothing is wrong. Brian goes to walk away, staring at something in the distance.

"Man, we gotta get this things on the street asap," I walk over to B and Rome while Tej says that.

"So what are you staring at over in the distance?" I place my hands on my hips, asking Brian.

"Y'all see that Cadillac across the street over there?" Brian made it unnoticeable that we were talking about it, when I peeked my head that way. There was a brown Cadillac with two guys in it. I recognized them from Verone's house.

"They can't see me with you guys. I'm supposed to be Monica's friend." I casually said.

"Well they've been on us ever since we left Verone's house," Brian rubbed his chin and Rome was just staring off.

"Damn, they must already be suspicious of me," running a hand through my hair, I laughed like something was funny. The boys made eye contact and I could see them both slightly nodding. "Okay, what is happening?"

"Beth, go with Brian. I got this," Rome says, his face hard and so was Brian's as he began walking. Closely behind him, I was walking as fast as my short legs would take me. Brian and I were at the yellow car that I didn't know the name of.

I was told to sit in the backseat so I did and when Brian pulled up to where the Cadillac was, Rome was yelling. "Let's go! Let's go!" And we drove off, as I watched the flames on the windshield. Damn these boys are crazy.

Sorry it's later. It's now 12am and Saturday so unfortunately I wasn't on the really schedule, but I still updated. Be active for me
