lol I disappeared off the planet. I wanted to take a break for the holidays, then my niece got sick, which got me sick. So yeah, I promised vanessa4444 that I would update today.

Bethany

Later on that day, we had a plan ready for the first mark. All of the guys had guns and ski masks, which Dom refused to call them, ready to go. The girls had to stay at the warehouse, which I didn't have a problem with.

It had seemed like Gisele was a bit antsy from sitting around and checking out the place. The boys usually had the dirty work, but she was used to hands on action.

Once they got back, we all had radios to communicate from different parts of the city. Dom was in his charger, Gisele on her bike, Rico and Tego were in a van, Hans had his car, Rome was stationed with food, Brian had a car, I was with Tej on a rooftop, and Mia was at the warehouse.

As Tej and I walked up the stairs to the rooftop access, he started up conversation. "You ready to tell me what happened to my car?" My eyes widened and i looked to him.

"The real question is; are you?" We continued up the staris and i pushed open the door, letting sunlight blind the two of us.

"Obviously, I am. I've only been asking for the past 4 hours," He out a hand on the binoculars that were hanging around his neck. Meanwhile, i took my sunglasses out of the v of my shirt and pushed them on my face.

We reached the edge of the tower that we were looking off of. Then the radios started talking. "Number one is on the move, man."

"Two is on the move." Rome spoke into the radio. I could hear a motorcycle and i only assumed that it was Gisele.

"I got mine." Came from Hans, then Tej spoke from next to me.

"I got eyes on five." He continued watched the car as i just stood and looked at the view. I wasn't one of the most important on the team, but i enjoyed having them around. We were a family and we worked as a team."I know y'all said they were consolidating the money somewhere, but y'all ain't gonna believe this." I turned to him.

"What do you mean?" He no longer had the binoculars in front of his eyes.

"I'll tell you after you explain what happened to my car." I rolled my eyes and started walking towards the door.

"It wasn't my fault that you let your car be put into such clumsy hands." My shoes hitting the stairs made a rhythm that was ruined by Tej's feet hitting the stairs. "Dom blew his car up, and yours was right next to his. Therefore, you have to take this up with Dominic."

"Okay, maybe I will." The rest of the walk was silent except for the radio, which held Dom's voice telling us to go to a building across the street from the police station.

Everyone was there by the time Tej and I walked. It was only a few blocks, but pretty much everyone else had a vehicle. Together, we crowded around the corner of the roof, looking at the police station. I stood between Dom and Brian, and in front of Roman.

"Well, this job just got a lot harder," Brian spoke and I smacked his arm.

"If he's moving it into a police station, he's got some serious brass in his pocket." Rome mentioned and I rolled my eyes. They felt the need to state the obvious.

Rico started speaking Spanish and it took me a second to translate in my head. 'Looks like this is going to be a shorter trip than I thought'.

"Hell yeah, we can't do this." Tego added on.

"'Can't'? You mean, 'shouldn't'," Han was right. It's not the best option.
