Eventually we made it to the front of the rather large line, waiting outside. The bouncer wasn't exactly, happy with our arrival.

"No rouges allowed! Scram!" He barked. I only gave him a blank stare. Alex rolled his eyes, taking a step foreword.

"Gorilla. You know us. Let us in. We won't cause trouble" 'Gorilla' only growled a bit more.

"Alex...How I should've known... I'm rather surprised you came back after what he did" he pointed a finger at me, making me grit my teeth.

"He didn't set that fire everyone knows that. We got something the council wants to hear..." he went next to the mans ear, whispering something. Gorillas eyes widen then he stepped to the side.

"Say it then come right back out or I'm putting both of you in a dumpster" Alex grinned.

"Thank you good sir" with that we went in. Gorilla had almost slammed the door behind us, but the music from the inside drowned that sound out. From here you could see an ocean of people. All of them, dancing, drinking, laughing. This reminded me more of a human club rather than a werewolf banquet.

"So you said a banquet?" I had to yell for him to hear me.

"Yea well it's more like an auction" everyone was well dressed. This must've been an invite only sort of thing. "Most riches werewolves are here. Wouldn't be surprised to see a couple of Alphas" I nodded. We have to keep a low profile. He led me through the crowd, going to the bar. Is he trying to get me drunk? "Now I'll let you have one drink then your cut off got it?"

He ordered two rounds of shots, one for each of us. He held them both up, one of them for me to take. I shook my head. "No. I'm here to get something done. A water will do" the bartender acknowledged me with a short nod, leaving. Then he came back with a small cup of  water. I took it taking small sips. Alex shrugged, downing both shot glasses. He put them both down on the bar, leading me away. Everyone as we went by sent glares. We should've covered our scents. I could hear them whispering to each other. Over the blaring music. If there is one thing I didn't lose with...her...it's my hearing.

Alex led me to a separate area, the music drowning to a lower volume. All of this was to familiar. "Remember the last time we were here Jace?" I took a sip from my drink, nodding.

"Don't remind me" he hummed, chuckling a bit. We walked through the familiar double doors to the next set of double doors. It was guarded, two men on the outside, both at each door. They were talking to each other, both dressed accordingly. They noticed us immediately, stiffening and staring.

"This is restricted area" I'm going to call him egg. His head hair was shaved off making him look like an egg. The other man next to him I'm going to call Pudgy. Thick face, thick body, yea fits him perfectly.

"We're here to see Marcus. He around?" They didn't respond. "Well?"

"Sir I'm think your going to have to leave" Pudgy's voice was deep. Suddenly someone had stepped outside. The guards faces went pale as ghost. They stepped back slightly bowing their heads. I stared at the Newley appeared man. He gave one look at us and smiled.

"Well you two have gotten fucking old" Alex rolled his eyes going over to our old friend and giving him a hug. He then elbowed him in the stomach, making Marcus grunt.

"Not as old as you fucker" he retorted. Both men were laughing with each other. Leaving me to stand there, quietly sipping on my drink. Marcus seemed to notice, glancing up at me. He stepped away from Alex, walking to me.

"Jace...I think the last time all of us had talked was at my Maria's wedding" Alex tensed. All I could do was take another sip from my drink. The tension lasted for a while. Until Marcus had cut it again. "Anyways. Come boys. I'm guessing we have lots to talk about"

"That we do" was all I said with a grim look.

I woke up feeling, refreshed. Syra was still sleeping, my mind was clear of everything. Everything except last night. I held onto my grin. I turned over to face Mason. He was still heavily sleeping. I felt my hand trail up to his hair, twirling it in my fingers. He began to stir, after a few his eyes blinked open to mine. He smiled too, leaning over to kiss me on my forehead.

"Good morning" I mouthed a good morning back. His eyes trailed down to the blanket, wrapped around my still bare body. He then trailed back up to my eyes.

"*^Looking at something^*" I wrote on his chest. He grinned.

"Yea...all the marks I left on you last night" I felt myself blush a bright red. His fingers then began to trace down my neck. He was counting. "One..two.." I swatted at his hand, shooing him away as I was obviously flustered. He seemed to chuckle. I bit my lip beginning to get up to find my clothes.

I went to glance back at him but he disappeared. I took a step foreword, running into him. My eyes widen, his fingers trailing down my neck to my mark.

"I think we should have round three in the shower" I kept on blushing, nodding and smashing my lips to his.
