party tricks and jellyfish

The sun was beaming and the wind was blowing as I laid on my friends boat. I was in my bikini tanning while the boys were fishing. The boys wanted me to fish but I'd rather tan then play with worms on a hook.. and fish. 

My eyes were closed as I was enjoying the wind blowing through my hair. The sound of the boys were in the background, they were talking about the stupid things they do until I feel someone in my presense. I open my eyes to see JJ.

"You're blocking the sun. I'm trying to tan here." I tell him as he just stands their and laughs.

I close my eyes again, ignoring him until he speaks. "Y/n, you haven't talked to us, your just laying there!" JJ whines.

I sit up and see that the boys were just agreeing with him. "Sorry, but you guys didn't include me in your convo. Plus, I don't like fishing." I roll my eyes.

"You're actually no fun." Pope says.

"Mhm, no fun? Let me show you a party trick." I stand grabbing a beer from the small blue cooler. I stand at the edge of the boat trying to balance on one leg and the boat is moving.

"Hey, no, we aren't doing this. You're going to get yourself hurt." JJ says with concern lacing his voice.

"Come on John B! Go a little faster!" I say, ignoring what JJ just said.

The boat starts to go faster and I put the beer up to my mouth and it comes out but ends up getting on my face instead of in my mouth causing me to laugh.

"You didn't get it all in your mouth like I did." JJ laughs and I roll my eyes. I try to get off the top of the boat but I end of slipping and falling into the water instead.

 I felt myself getting deeper and deeper. I feel a sharp pain in my side and I open my eyes to see a jellyfish. I got stung. Then I see someone jump in the water. It looked like JJ and I come out of the water and onto the boat. 

"Oh my god! Y/n are you okay?" He asks and Pope and John B are next to me too. I point to my side and show them I got stung. 

"Jesus Christ. Y/n that's bad can you talk?" John B asks. No shit John B.

"Yeah, but I'm in a lot of fucking pain right now," I groan. I see the worry in JJ's eyes and Pope goes and gets the first aid kit and grabs some type of lotion to put on my side.

As soon as Pope tried to rub it on my side I move and groan again.  

"You gotta stay still or it'll get worse," JJ says grabbing my hand. I just lay there and complain as Pope tries to help. Then he puts a bandage on it.

 "You okay?" JJ asks looking me in the eyes and I just nod. 

"Are you sure your okay?" John B asks and I put my thumb up. Then I see JJ take his shirt off which I couldn't help but stare at his toned abs.

 "Here put this on." He says as I do so. It smelled so good, just like him.

John B started the boat back up and headed back to his house. 

"I'm sorry, I shouldn't of tried to pull that party trick." I chuckle. 

"Don't be sorry. You didn't know you were gonna slip." Pope says. 

"And get stung by a jellyfish," JJ adds. 

"Accidents happen. I flipped my paddle board into the waves and got stung in the dick but I'm still alive." John B says making us all laugh.

I started to get cold and JJ noticed and he sat beside me pulling me into his arms keeping me warm. 

"Thank you," I say. 

"You're welcome." He says kissing me on the top of my head. I just lay there and end up drifting off to sleep until we were home.
