Forgiveness

Tony's POV

I couldn't sleep. I was tossing and turning for hours. Didn't help the fact this stupid planet didn't have internet.

I decided I would go to the medical wing to see her, given I didn't actually get a chance to earlier.

I walked in and thank god Loki wasn't there. I went and sat in the seat he was sitting in as it was closest to her.

I sat and held her hand.

'Aw Alice. What am I gonna do with you' I sighed

'She is quite the handful' a voice said walking in to the room. A voice I knew all too well

'Why are you even here?'

'I haven't left her side since she was brought in here' he said pulling a chair to the other side of the bed

'Where were you when I came in then'

'Lavatory' and then his gaze was on her

'Why' I asked

'Why what?' He didn't look away from her

'Why her. You couldn't have chosen any other girls life to mess up' my voice was starting to shake. Fuck sake.

He cupped her face and sighed. 'She pulled me towards her, it's strange but I feel a weird connection between us'

'How do I know your not lying'

'I wouldn't lie about her or to her'

I raised my eyebrows 'you already have if your forgotten'

He looked at me. He had a softness in his eyes 'I apologise, I wasn't thinking correctly. But I can tell you now I love your daughter'

I sighed and put my head in my hands.

Why is parenting so difficult.

'If you ever try to take over earth again I won't forgive you' I said looking up at him. We shook hands. 'But if you even think about hurting her I'll kill you'

'I expect no less. I assure you I've already made plans to kill the people who took her'

'Fill me in then. I'm going to have to tag along'

We talked most of the night, he mainly told me how Alice got on at the balls.

'Then when she finally agreed to wear it the first step she took in it the whole gown ripped because she stood on it and then that was a whole other tantrum then' he laughed

'Dear jesus' I laughed along with him 'what did she wear then'

'A simple one black silk one with black Diamonds around the waist to have it tight there. It was gorgeous' he smiled

'She forced me to have her suit black. I wanted it silver and dark blue but she was determined to have it look like Natashas' I laughed at the find memory

Loki's POV

Me and Tony sat up most the night before I insisted he go to bed.

I was awoken in the morning by Thor which seemed to be happening every morning now.

'Go bathe and have a proper sleep and eat something. I'll stay here and if she so much as even breathes differently I'll have you informed immediately.' He said grabbing my arm pulling me up

Thor's POV

I sat with Alice and watched as she lay there.

It was around 10 am when the three young ones came in.

'We can sit with her for a while' the girl said. I should really learn their names

'I promised Loki I would keep him informed if anything happens so it's okay' I smiled at her

'I can tell your tired. If anything happens I'll tell a maid to go to Loki'

I thought about it for a minute before agreeing.

Wandas POV

When Thor left I sat in his seat and Peter and pietro said opposite me. I look at Peter who was clearly jealous about Loki and Alice.

'Do you think she'll wake up soon?' Pietro asked

'I have no clue. I hope so' I said

'Yeah same' Peter mumbled

Pietro look at her and took her hand. It was nice seeing he cared about her like a sister.

'You better wake up soon. I think we need our tour guide back' he laughed

'Yeah how do you expect us to find our way around anywhere if you don't give us an extremely mediocre tour' I laughed

Then we heard someone walk in and all our heads turned

'So she's a tour guide as well. A women of many talents' he laughed

'Um... who are you?' I asked

'Oh apologises lady Wanda. I'm prince Adrian of vanaheim. It's a pleasure to meet you'
