Whumper is a fatphobic doctor and Whumpee is their patient. Whumpee has noticed health problems for some time now that have been brushed off because they're "not pushing themselves to lose the weight" and "it would all go away if they just cut the crap and lived their life better."
Whumpee has enough of this but once they get to Caretaker, their new doctor, it's found that Whumpee has actually been very sick for a long time. The infection they have could be chronic or cancerous at this point. It causes weight gain among other symptoms that Whumpee noticed all at the start of this. They didn't feel well. They gained a bunch of weight. They've needed significantly extra amounts of sleep. The malaise keeps them from doing things they enjoy.
Whumpee is waiting anxiously for their next appointment to find out the verdict. They cry bitter tears because of their loss of health and loss of quality of life over the past few years that they could have had back if someone had listened then.
Whumpee grieves but knows that they are now in good hands, at least.
