Karting was fun, for the first few laps. I was at the lead for almost the entire race, I had some battles with my friend, but I managed to drive away from him quite quickly after his attacks. It wasn't until the 25th lap, where he pushed me of track the corner before the main straight, meaning he was ahead for one more lap, the final lap to make it even worse. I had quite some damage and was incapable of closing the gap. I brought my kart to a stop in the pits where George pulled over as well, just centimetres ahead of mine to show he won, even if it was unfair.

"Karaoke! You and I!" George exclaimed, I let out a sigh of frustration and crossed my arms before I stepped out of the halted kart. "Great race Dais, I had so much fun."

"You pushed me off track in the final lap!" I yelled. "Of course you won!" He rolled his eyes and wrapped an arm around my shoulder. "I want a revanche."

"You mean rematch?" I nodded. "Another time, but first we have to go to a karaoke bar," I rolled my eyes when he said so, he couldn't be serious. "You get to choose, duet or a solo."

"How nice of you," I said, fluent in sarcasm. "Giving me the choice of how to embarrass myself," he chuckled. "But I'm taking you down with me, wham with 'wake me up before you go-go' or spice girls 'wannabe'," he gasped, causing me to chuckle. "You've made a bad choice Georgieboy."

"I certainly did not," He chuckled. "I guarantee you, you won't regret going out with me." After a few drinks maybe. "And I'll get you pasta! I promise you're going to have fun." I showed a cheeky smirk by the idea of pasta, maybe losing this wasn't such a bad thing, George belonged to my best friends, I'll survive. "When are you free?"

"I don't know? I've gotta ask Charles first if he's okay with me going out with someone else," I said as I reached for my phone that laid on a table in the dressing room. George furrowed his brow and stroked his hand through his hair.

"Don't you think that's a little toxic?" He asked. "I mean... you do go for the wrong guys," he was right, but Charles wasn't anything like Lucas was. I gave him a stern look. "You know it yourself Dais, if he doesn't approve of you going out with other guys he doesn't really trust you, trust is very important in a relationship." I nodded and called Charles anyway, causing George to roll his eyes. I put Charles on speaker so George could hear as well.

"Pleasant afternoon my love," I said, "Do I call inconveniently?"

"Hi chérie," Charles answered. "It's not the best timing, but I make some time, is everything okay?" I said yes and we talked a little about what we've done today. "Such a shame you're not here with me," I nodded, not that he could see. "I miss you."

"I miss you too," I sighed. "I've lost a bet with my friend George, we went karting and he pushed me off track and he wants me to go to a karaoke bar with him, I just wondered if that's okay with you?" I heard silence on the other side. "Babe?"

"Who made you think you can't go out with your friends?" He chuckled. I let out a sigh of relief. "Go have fun with him, I don't expect you to stay home all day and think about me."

"Thank you so much!" I exclaimed. "Take care of yourself and get a good result in Brazil, alright, I see you soon!" I blew a kiss into the speaker of my phone and laughed when he said goodbye as well. "Oh my Gods," I whispered letting out a chuckle when my cheeks turned red, George shook his head and slapped his hand in his face. "Did I say something embarrassing?"
