Step into an unknown universe, restart on a blank canvas, lift off this curse, erase all of the madness, that creeps inside, leaves you with no place left to hide, as you chase after the runaway bride, with little pride, left inside your soul, you wish to tell the story whole, hoping she'll believe your lies, as you listen to her piercing cries, you know you had your ways, to make her stay, as you look up to the stars, think about going out to the local bars, seeing if you can find the only woman that you love, as you see a dove, flying through the skies, as you release all of your cries, you walk through the town, wearing a frown, you feel like life is nothing, without her, she's your everything, right now, life feels like a blur, you wonder how, you made things turn bad, how you made her so mad, maybe it was your ways, the things you'd say, or do, that made her feel so blue, maybe you can make it right, put the bad things out of sight, make her love you again, make her realise you're her best friend, her only love, as you go off chasing that beautiful, white dove.
