Many things can contaminate you as long as you let them fall into the heart. Jesus said that what defiles a man is what comes out of him. Do you know why? Let's understand our heart a little bit. Your heart will always be focused on your treasure, that is, on what is most important to you. (Matthew 6:21)
The mouth speaks what the heart is full. (Luke 6:45) If you have hatred in your heart, your mouth will utter hatred, if it is envy, envy will come out... Now, if you have the life of Jesus inside you, surely, life will come out of you , and will reach the people. (Galatians 2:19-20; Genesis 5:24)
Don't let bad things into your heart! Let the life of Jesus come into you!
