"Because many are called, but few are chosen."

Matthew 22:14

When God calls someone, He doesn't call to a ministry, oddly enough. The word says that He is looking for worshipers. (John 4:23)

So it means we don't need to be pastors, musicians, evangelists... I want you to understand that I'm not telling you to leave your ministry, that's not it. But there are people who put ministry above God. We need to seek the things above, which is continuous worship of the Father, and the other things will follow accordingly. (Matthew 6:33)

One of the problems in the church today is that people want fame through their ministries. That's wrong motivation! You without God is nothing! The gifts are of the Holy Spirit, you are just an instrument used by God. (1 Corinthians 12:6; 1 Corinthians 14:1)

First, God called you to worship Him, therefore, you will come to the ministries. But even so, within the ministries, you will not stop worshiping Him.

Yes, look for the ministries. Cherish the call God has for you, but always remember one thing: you've been called to worship Him! Don't let pride and fame get the better of you.

God bless you!
