"Do you not know that your body is the sanctuary of the Holy Spirit, which is in you, which ye have from God, and that ye are not your own? For ye were bought with a price. Now therefore glorify God in your own body."
1 Corinthians 6:19-20
Here Paul is saying that we must glorify God with our bodies. Before knowing Jesus, we lived dancing, jumping, rejoicing... now that our life has been given to Jesus, we must glorify Him with our body. Funny that when the Brazilian team scores a goal, everyone jumps and cheers with the goal, but when it comes to glorifying the name of the Lord, we don't even lift a fingernail! Worship involves doing what God asks, because we were bought with a price. (1 Corinthians 6:19; 7:23 ; Jeremiah 31:13) We need to be more spiritual in order to be able to eat spiritual food (1 Corinthians 3:2)
