"And the Lord God gave him this command, Of every tree in the garden he shall freely eat, but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil thou shalt not eat; for in the day that thou eatest of it thou shalt surely die."

Genesis 2:16,17

Adam was a privileged man. He had everything God wanted for man. All the things that God created on earth, left in the hands of Adam and Eve. Adam had a very intimate relationship with God, so much so that they talked every day. Adam and Eve's mistake was to eat the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. They already knew how good God was. But when he tasted the fruit that Satan offered, they came to know evil. The fruit brought them death, for Satan came to kill, steal and destroy. (John 10:10)

The church's error is that God is blessing everyone, but many times we insist on knowing the evil, that is, we leave the things of God to live in the world. Whoever is in the world does not have the love of God. (1 John 2:15; John 16:33; 1 John 5:19)

The devil offers many things that will not satisfy you. Seek what God has for you! (Matthew 6:33)

God bless you!
