The Christian lives going through struggles and tribulations, because the devil does not accept that we are like the Father, because he wanted to be like Him. (Genesis 1:26; Isaiah 14:13-14)
But there is a rest prepared for the children of God, there is a new Jerusalem. (Exodus 33:14; Hebrews 4:9; Revelation 21:1-8)
Due to the envy that Satan has for us, we go through daily struggles, but this is temporary, as he is already defeated. (Revelation 20:7-10)
In the midst of tribulations, seek the presence of the Lord, for from Him comes rest.
