22. Kris <Mystic> (My Dragon)

I was tired of composing anymore songs. I walked to my friends' studio, EXO, to at least entertain myself. I open the door and saw that they were on break.
"Ah, Sasaeng fans," Tao said as he threw a water bottle at me.
"Yah," I yell. The water bottle float in the air and hit Tao's head.
"Luhan!" Tao yelled. Oh, did I mention my friends had special powers?
"Thanks Luhan," I said. I sat down next to Chanyeol and Xiumin. Xiumin laughed and showed me a video.
"Break over," we looked up and saw Kris glaring at us.
"Come by later," Xiumin said.
"No need to bother her Xiumin," Kris said with a cold expression. I was always scared of Kris. He always ignore me or walk away from me. It's like he sees me as a Sasaeng fan.
"Ani, I have to go anyways," I said. I walked out and walked back to my studio.
9 PM
My phone suddenly rang.
"Ne?" I said.
"Miss, Y/L/N?" I heard my manager ask.
"Ne," I said.
"Ah, guess what? The manager of SM had you move to LA and work there. We'll live in LA. Isn't that amazing?" my manager ask.
"Oh, so we're not going to be Korea anymore?" I ask in a quiver voice.
"Yes!!!" she yell. I could tell she was happy about moving.
"Araseo, I'll start packing," I said.
"Good, we'll leave in about week, annyeong," she said and hang up. I sigh and gather all my music sheets and paper work. It was 9 PM and EXO had probably left already. I'm going to miss them the most. I lock the door and begin walking out of SM.
"Y/N!" I heard someone shouted. I looked around and saw Sehun waving his arms in the air. He was with all the members including Kris. Kris had a shock face and turn away. I smile and wave to them.
"Let's eat dinner together," Sehun said. I smile, and wanted to tell the members after the dinner.
"Ne," I said. We drove to a ramen shop and ate together. During when we were almost done, it was time to tell them.
"Guys," I said. They all looked up.
"I have some news to tell," I stop.
"Are you a Sasaeng fan after all?" Tao ask. Luhan somehow levitate a water bottle and hit Tao again.
"Ani, I'm moving to LA," I said. They all had a shock face, even Kris.
"What? But why?" Sehun ask.
"Big boss said so. I have to listen," I said. I kept stealing some glances from Kris, he seem like he was the most upset person.
"I have to pack. I'm leaving in a week. We'll keep in contact, right?" I ask.
"I'll have to talk with the boss about this. There's no point for you to leave," Suho said. I bow and paid for the meal.
"Yah, we'll pay," Suho said.
"Ani, this is my last week here. At least let me pay for you guys," I said. I walked out of the shop and sat in my car. I didn't want to drive. I didn't want to leave EXO. I cover my face with my hands. They were like friends that were loyal, nice, anything you would want a friend to have. My car door open and I saw Kris sitting in the passenger seat.
"Kris, what are you doing here?" I ask. I was shock on why the person that hated me a lot was next to me.
"Y/n, do you want to know why I always acted mean to you?" Kris ask not looking at me. I kept silent.
"You know I have dangerous power that can hurt another person. I really like you. I knew if I liked you, I will accidentally hurt you. I'm very dangerous, and I never wanted to hurt you. I thought if I acted like I hated you, I will get my feeling over you. Bu, I seem to fall harder when you looked hurt by my actions. Don't leave, please," Kris said. I was dumbfounded by what he said.
"Kris, I don't care if you hurt me with your power. I was hurt a lot when you act like you hated me," I said. Kris move his hand up to wipe my tears.
"But I have to leave," I said. Kris sigh.
"Then, can I spend everyday with you till you leave?" He ask. I nod and hugged him tightly.
"See? You didn't hurt me. You can control your powers, Kris," I said. He smile and got out of the car.

Everyday, I would wake up with a text message from Kris saying where we should meet up. We went to Lotte World, the sea, Hans River, and any places he could think of. Today was the last day of being in Seoul.
"Where are we going?" I ask. He smile and parked in a parking lot. I got out of the car and looked around. I saw the Namsan Tower.
"Kris," my voice trail off as he took my hand. He had a lock in his other hand and lead to me to the tower. We stop at a certain point and he took both of my hands.
"Y/n, I really like you and I know you're leaving tomorrow, but in my heart, you are still linger in there? Will you accept this dragon to take care of you?" Kris ask.
"But how? I'm leaving soon," I said.
"I have my ways," he smirk. I frown and then smile.
"Ne," I said. He smile brightly and hug me tightly. He suddenly lean in and kiss my lips. The time suddenly stop. I looked around to see if Tao was here.
"Tao isn't here," Kris said. Did he read my mind? I blush red and smile. He walked to the tower and open the lock. He lock it as I walked to him. I read

I laugh at the cheesiness.
"What if it's not forever?" I ask.
"Then I'll make it last forever," Kris said. I hug him tightly.
"I was wrong. There's no way I can hurt you," he whisper. I nod and laid my head on his chest.

Today, is the day. EXO drove my manager and I to the airport.
"Thank you, guys," she said. We all walked into the airport. Fan girls were there crowding around us. They all seemed sad about me leaving. Securities were there, so we were fine. I felt a hand brushing against mine and I moved my hand and lock it. I held hands with Kris the whole way. Some of the fans seemed shock and so did the members.
"Did you tell them?" I whisper over to Kris. He shook his head.
"Oh," I said. The fans were blocked and they reached at the end point and EXO any further.
"I guess this is it," Kris said. I nod and wrap my arms around his neck and kiss him one last time.
"Goodbye, Kris," I said.
"I'll see you soon," Kris said. I smile. I hug the other members.
"When did you and Kris-"
"I'll explain everything to you, Sehun," Kris said. I smile and walked away with my manager.

A month later
I guess LA isn't that bad. There was a park across from my house and I don't have so much stress. I swing slowly on the swing. I was still confuse on what Kris said, on how he had his own ways. Own ways for what? The last month, Kris and I were on the news about our new relationship and pictures of fans took when we're at the airport. I miss my dragon, I wish he's here right now, so I can hug him tightly. I suddenly heard light fluttering from behind and turn around. I saw a dragon and in a flash of lights, a handsome man appear.
"Miss me?" Kris said. I jump off the swing and hugged him tightly.
"You fly all the way here to visit me?" I ask.
"No, I went on an airplane and flied here after. I'm too lazy to fly the whole way," he said.
"I miss you so much," I said.
"I told you I have my ways," he said.
