60. Suho *Requested* (Undercover) Ft MinHyuk and JooHeon from Monsta X

"Go towards the back entrance, I'll take care of the front if he runs out this direction," I whispered. I looked over to my partner and he loaded his gun and nodded.
"Be careful and try not to shoot the victim," I added. He nodded and got out of the car. I stayed low as he ran towards the building where a woman is being held captive. It was my turn to make sure that if the kidnapper ran out of the building, I would start the car and drive after him. Mr. Kim and I have been working on this case for a month and we were able to detect where the kidnapper is and now, all we had to do is wait for action. I looked at my gun and made sure it was loaded and ready to fire if the kidnapper did run out. I looked up and watch the door.

Five minutes already, no one... I can't call Mr. Kim because he has to be silent... what if something happened to him? I took out my phone and called the other detectives.
"MinHyuk, go to xxx with JooHeon... if I don't call you back in ten minutes, call for backup," I told him.
"Yes, Y/N," he replied and hung up. I took a deep breathe and grab my gun and my handcuffs. I got out of the car and silently ran over to the abandon building. The windows of the building were shattered, cobwebs filled the area and it was pitch black. I turned on my flashlight and began searching the area. I listened for sounds but nothing.. I know he's here... I began walking upstairs and then that's it. I heard a fainted sound... I got down and looked peek behind the corner...
in the further room, I saw Suho... and the kidnapper,
"Put your weapon down or the girl will die!" The criminal yelled. I began panicking, what do I do! Do I sneak up and kill the criminal and save them? No, I can't, killing him has to be my last resort.
"Good, boy," I heard. Suho tried to grab the gun from the criminal but he then pointed the gun at Suho. I have to make a move. I silently move across the hallways and then had my back against the wall.
"Move and I'll pull the trigger," he spoke. I took a deep breath and turn around and ended at the doorway. I kicked the gun out of his hand and aim my gun at him.
"Get down or I'll shoot you!" I yelled. He had his eyes widened and got down. Suho moved forward and handcuffed the man. I kicked the gun away so he couldn't reach it.
"Detective Y/N, take care of the woman," Suho ordered. I looked over my shoulder and saw Suho bleeding from to head, but that can be taken care of later.
"Okay," I handed him my gun and walked over to the woman and untied her hands, took the cloth off her mouth.
"Chairwoman, are you okay?" I asked. She nodded and I helped her off her chair.
"Get up," Suho ordered. The kidnapper got up and Suho held his arm. We then began all walking out of the abandon building. The chairwoman held my arm... she must have been terrified because I felt her arms shaking.
"Ma'am, everything is okay now, you're safe now," I whispered over to her. She nodded and we began walking down the stairs.
"Thank you," she replied. I smiled and nodded.

As we walked towards the car, I saw MinHyuk and JooHeon waiting outside.
"Ha, and I was gonna call for backup," MinHyuk spoke.
"Everything is okay now, check and take him away. Tomorrow, search the building and have it destroyed. Detective Kim and I will take Mrs. Song home," I told MinHyuk.
"Good job, Miss. Y/N," JooHeon cheered. I looked over to JooHeon and nodded.
"Congrats Mr. Kim too," I told him. MinHyuk walked over and took the culprit's arm and pushed him into the car. Suho and I began walking to our car with Mrs. Song.
"There is a first aid kit in the car... take care of the bleeding," I told him. He nodded and silently walked. We escorted Miss. Song home and of course, there were securities around her house.
"Mrs. Song-"
"You two go home and get some rest. You have work tomorrow," she spoke. She got out of the car and closed the car after her. I sighed and looked over to Suho. He was still wiping the blood off his head.
"Is it all gone?" Suho asked. I shook my head and took the napkin out of his hand. I lean closer in and wiped the blood. Our faces were inches away and I felt his hot breathing. I took out the bandage and wrap it around his head from stopping the bleeding for now.
"I'll take you to the hospital. The bleeding won't stop. Do you feel dizzy?" I asked him. I leaned back to my seat.
"A little..I think I'll be fine,"Suho faintly mutter. I started the engine but then I notice Suho's head was drooping.
"Suho!" I cried.

"Doc, is he okay?" I asked.
"You need to wait. We are getting the results now. He'll mostly like wake up tomorrow," I let go of the doctor's arm. Just yesterday I drove Suho to the hospital, and now, I am worried to death... I should've went in instead of him.... idiot idiot! I walked into the room and watch the lifeless like Suho on the bed. I sat down next to him and took his hand. I squeezed it and rest my head on the bed.
"I'm sorry," I whispered. I stayed up at last night waiting in the hospital and so I felt very tired. I held Suho's hand tightly and closed my eyes. I'll leave after a little rest.

"Detective Y/N," I heard a faintly voice. I woke up and saw Suho wide awake and smiling. I was still holding his hand and I immediately let go.
"You're awake," I said. I sat up.
"Yea, I work up an hour ago, but you look so peaceful when you're sleeping so I didn't want to wake you up. You usually stay up late on the case before so you never got enough sleep," Suho spoke.
"Are you feeling okay now?" I asked. Suho nodded and grin. I'm so embarrassed.. I didn't mean to hold his hand... I just... I sighed.
"I'll get you some food," I stood up but he held onto my arm.
"Detective Y/N-"
"I told so many times, call me Y/N. You're older than me."
"Y/N, stay with me. I don't want you to leave me yet," Suho spoke. I was shock at what he said.. he pulled me closer and grin widely.
"You look pretty today," he said all of the sudden.
"You look prettier every time I see you," he added. He brush the hair out of my face. I smiled at his compliment.
"Girls like pick lines right? I got one. I value breathing a lot so can you please stopping taking my breath away everything you smile at me?" He asked. I burst into laughter at his cheesy joke.
"What? Was it too cheesy?" He started laughing too. I nodded my head and smile.
"I guess," I spoke between my breath.
"If beauty was a time, you'd be eternally," he said. Ahhh, cringeeee. I was laughing so hard I had tears in my eyes.
"Can I say I'll date you if you stop with these bad pick up lines," I told him. He nodded.
"I'll stop then," he grinned widely.
