We arrived at the airport at about 8pm. The boys were dressed nicely, as per usual, because paparazzi would likely would be waiting for them. But I wasn't going to fall for that, so I dressed comfortably in sweats, I even had a pillow prematurely wrapped around my neck. I planned on sleeping through this long flight.

As we were sitting in our terminal, boarding likely to start soon, I thought about the last time Monsta X and I were in an airport. I had to fight off a whole group of girls. I would do it again any time, especially for a pay check.

"I want to try surfing!" Minhyuk said, "That looks cool, I've always wanted to give it a try."

"I want to try whale watching." Changkyun suggested, "Surfing sounds hard."

"Surfing is hard." I replied. If I was going to keep up the lie about going to college in Hawaii, I might as well play along, "I tried it myself. I couldn't do it."

The boys looked slightly disappointed by that. Wonho seemed more tired than usual as he sat across from me.

"What have you always wanted to try?" Jooheon asked me.

"Do you really want to know?" I smirked at them. I was sure it might be a bit much for them.

"Yes!" Changkyun sat up straight, now at the edge of their chairs.

"Two words: Cage Diving." I replied.

They looked confused, "What's that?" Hyungwon asked.

"You really don't know cage diving?" I asked, "It's when you go into a cage in the water and get really close to sharks."

The boys all were shocked, moving away from me.

"Are you serious?" Hyungwon asked, visibly disgusted.

I nodded, "Of course! Sharks are the best apex predators! They're amazing, I want to see one up close."

"Careful what you ask for." Kihyun said, shaking his head. "I'm not down for that."

"Yeah me neither." Changkyun added.

"No fucking way." Hyungwon muttered.

'I guess I'm not cage diving this time.' I thought, pouting.

Wonho finally sat up and engaged in the conversation again, "You really haven't ever had a boyfriend, Jiyeon?"

The boys all turned to him after has posed the odd, out-of-the-blue question.

I nodded, "Yeah, why?"

Wonho seemed to snap out of it, saying, "Well, you just have done and wanted to do such wild things... I'm surprised you haven't had something as simple as a boyfriend."

"I guess I'm too wild." I shrugged.

"So, cage diving..." Hyungwon said, "What kind of sharks do you get to see?"

My face brightened up at the question. If there was anything besides fighting that I knew, it was sharks. "All kinds!" I replied, "But they aim to attract Great White Sharks."

"Great White Sharks!" Kihyun yelled, shocked that I was excited about that, "You're insane."

Hyungwon chuckled, "See, that's what I've been saying."

"Sharks aren't that scary." I argued. "Did you know that more people are killed by refrigerators than by sharks annually?"

"Enough about sharks." Wonho sighed. "I don't want to jinx it."

"Good idea." Kihyun agreed.

"Then let's talk about the food!" Jooheon said, "I hear Hawaiian barbecue is supposed to be really good. Is it?"

Jooheon looked at me, and I tried to remember if I had ever eaten Hawaiian barbecue in my life. I hadn't.

"It's fantastic!" I smiled, "Super flavorful, but nothing beats Korean barbecue honestly."

"I want to drink out of a coconut." Changkyun smiled to himself, lounging back in his seat.

I grimaced. I did not like coconuts, so I would not be doing that.

"Can I talk to you, Jiyeon." Wonho said, putting a hand on my knee to catch my attention.

I turned to him, pulled out of the imaginative conversation. I nodded, "Yeah, sure."

I was worried Wonho wanted to talk about something super serious. He had never asked to talk to me privately before. I followed him towards the bathrooms and we stopped to chat in the hallway where no one could hear us.

Wonho turned to talk to me, staring at his shoes for a while before looking up at me, "I..." He seemed to be looking for the right words to say, "I don't know if I should be saying this..."

I looked up at him, wondering if I would have to beat someone up for hurting him.

"Are you okay?" I asked.

He made eye contact with me and nodded, "I'm okay. I'm completely fine." He smiled, "I just have something I need to tell you..." He took a deep breath, "I think I like you."

I gave him a shocked expression.

Was it the lingerie? Did my mom's schemes work? No way!

"W-what do you mean?" I asked, blushing.

He looked me in the eyes and said confidently, "I think I'm starting to have romantic feelings for you."

My jaw dropped.

Was this really happening? What in the world could I possibly have done to deserve this blessing? A gorgeous guy like Wonho liking me?

"Are you sure?" I asked, somehow coming to doubt him. I was just an average girl, and he was a k-pop idol. Did we really mesh?

He chuckled before nodding, scratching the back of his neck nervously, "Yeah. I'm sure."

"So..." I stared down at my feet. Unsure of what to do.

I had never been confessed to before. If anything, most guys made it clear they did not like me.

This was a first.

"You don't have to give me an answer now." Wonho said, putting a hand on my shoulder, "I just want you to know."

With that, he coolly walked off and left me dazed in the hallway.

'Did that really just happen?'

I turned around watching Wonho walk away.

'I'm dreaming, right?'

This must be a dream.
